Study On Prevention And Control Of Public Health Events In Rural Areas

As a public health emergency,the novel coronavirus is still raging around the world,and the global epidemic is still growing rapidly in multiple places.China is faced with the challenge of interweaving the risks of external input and internal rebound.China is a large agricultural country with a large rural population base.In 2021,there will be 509.78 million permanent residents in rural areas.Rural areas are the front line of the fight against COVID-19 and the basic unit of national social governance.Due to the large population,wide area,relatively low scientific and cultural quality of farmers,weak awareness of protection and poor medical conditions,rural areas have become a weak zone in public health events.Normal epidemic prevention and control has changed from the extraordinary situation of "city closures,road closures,production and suspension of schools and schools" during the emergency period to one in which the epidemic has been effectively contained,targeted epidemic prevention and control,and effective economic and social recovery.The key to regular epidemic prevention and control lies in targeted policies,rapid response,dynamic adjustment,long-term commitment and public participation.It is important to ensure the effectiveness of prevention and control while minimizing the impact on economic and social development and people’s normal life,and to coordinate epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development.Strengthening regular epidemic prevention and control in rural areas is conducive to improving the level of grassroots governance in rural areas,laying a solid foundation for China to comprehensively win the "double victory" of epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development,and is also one of the necessary conditions for rural revitalization.It is of great significance to have a deep understanding of the importance of regular epidemic prevention and control in rural areas and strengthen the research on prevention and control of public health events in rural areas for promoting the modernization of governance in rural areas.This paper summarizes domestic and foreign experience and achievements in public governance on the basis of various references at home and abroad.The existing problems and weak links in the regular epidemic prevention and control work in C Town are analyzed in detail,and the causes are deeply analyzed,and the problems and causes are compared,so as to provide referable countermeasures,theoretical resources and practical basis for improving the prevention and control work of public health events in rural areas.Through the case study on the prevention and control of COVID-19 in C Town,Jiangyou City,Sichuan Province,the author put forward some suggestions for the prevention and control of public health events in rural areas,including improving the social mobilization mechanism,improving the grassroots governance capacity,improving the staff training mechanism,improving the work service capacity,improving the information publicity mechanism,strengthening the public opinion management capacity,improving the medical security mechanism,and consolidating the foundation of epidemic prevention materials.
