Objective: By detecting the content of secondary bile acid and butyric acid in feces to study the correlation between these two indexes and diseases,to evaluate the diagnostic value of secondary bile acid and butyric acid alone or in combination in colon cancer. Methods:The first hospital affiliated to Hebei North College was collected in 67 cases of standard cases in compliance with the standard cases during 2020.12-2021.12.According to endoscopy and pathological results,it was divided into 36 cases of colon cancer groups(lesions are limited to colon mucosa and lower mucosa)and colon glands. There were35 cases of tumor groups and 32 cases of health tests in the same period. The content of high-efficiency liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method is used to determine the content of mid-range bile acid in the stool, the gas-phase chromatography method to determine the content of butad acid in the stool, and the SPSS26.0 statistical software analysis data is applied.Results:(1)There are no differences in three groups of gender, age, and BMI,and have no statistically significance(P>0.05).(2)Secondary bile acids gradually increased in the health control group, colonic tumor group and colon cancer group, and their values were(51.07±7.93)ng/g,(59.32±10.20)ng/g,(66.71±8.58)ng/g,three groups of feces medium-level bile acids are statistically significant(F=31.166,P<0.05),and two or two comparisons between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);buty acid is in the health control group in the health control group The colonic tumor group and colon cancer group gradually increased, and their values were(0.80±0.38)μL/g,(1.00±0.39)μL/g,(1.44±0.34)μL/g.Statistical significance(F=26.782,P<0.05),and the comparison between two or two between the groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Further analyzed the correlation between secondary bile acid and buty acid, and found that the two were moderate positively and the correlation coefficient R=0.417(P<0.05).(4)through regression analysis,it can be calculated that there is a high correlation between the two indexes and the severity of the disease(P<0.05),and the OR of butyric acid is stronger.(5)Draw the ROC curve, the area under the secondary bile acid curve is 0.914,the sensitivity is 0.938,the specificity is 0.806,the Joden index is 0.743,and the best diagnostic threshold is60.96ng/g;The area under the butt acid curve is 0.884,the sensitivity is 0.653,the specificity is 0.901,the Joden index is 0.563,and the best diagnosis threshold is 0.890μl/g.In order to improve the sensitivity and specificity of prediction, the area under the curve was0.962,the sensitivity was 0.938,the specificity was 0.889,the Jordan index was 0.826,and the best diagnostic threshold was 0.560 by ROC curve analysis.Conclusion:(1)During the development of the disease from colon adenoma to colon cancer, the levels of secondary bile acid and butyric acid in feces showed an upward trend, which was related to the severity of the disease, suggesting that these two indexes were closely related to the occurrence and development of colon cancer.(2)Drawing ROC curve shows that the combined detection of fecal butyric acid and secondary bile acid has high predictive value for colon cancer and can provide reference value for its early diagnosis.
