The Application Of Enhanced Thin-slice CT Scan Combined With 3D Visualization Reconstruction Technology On The Anatomical Structure Of The Lower Lobe Of The Right Lung

Objectives To classify the anatomical structure of the right lung under the lower leaf bronchi,and the anatomical structure of the right lower lobe,based on the chest enhanced thin layer CT combined with 3D visualization reconstruction techniques,and to explain the significant preoperative value.Methods Patient with 106 cases of chest enhanced thin layer CT right lungs,vascular imaging,using Mimics Medical21.0 software for three-dimensional reconstruction of chest reinforcing thin layer CT scanning images,according to reconstruction images,combined with chest enhancement thin layer CT observation right Pulmonary leaf bronchogenesis,vascular anatomy and its variation.Results In this study,according to the right lung leaf bronchover,the number of blood vessels on the back section of the right lung,the lower section of the back section,the lower section of the back section and each of the base sections(S6,S*,S7,S8,S9,S10)bronchial,and angiogenesis Classified statistics.The type of bronchial branch of S6 is two types,which is the most common type as single-dry type,accounting for 97.2% in all cases,the arterial branch type is three types,the most common type of the most common type is single-handed,in all cases 81.1 %;From 28 cases(26.4%)observed broncho and arteries of S*.The branch type of S7 is divided into four types,where the most common type of B7A(A7A)is 71.7% in all cases.The branch type of S8-10 is complex than the branch type of other lung segments.The S8-10 bronchoi,the branch type of the blood vessels is four and five respectively: where the bronchial branch type is the most common is B8 and B9 + B10 type.All cases accounted for 67.0%;the most common type of arterial branch is the A8 and A9 + A10 types,accounting for 67.0% in all cases;the most common types of venous branch types are V8 + V9 and V10,in all cases Accounted for 48.1%.In the branch type of S8-10,9(8.5%)patients with(8.5%)patients with the difference in bronchial and arterial branches were reported,and 2 cases of B8 and B10(A8 and A10)types were also reported(1.9%).Conclusion The anatomical structure of the bronchus and blood vessel of the right lower lobe varies greatly,and the individual differences are obvious.The preoperative three-dimensional reconstruction is expected to provide safer surgical options for thoracic surgeons.
