Study On The Demand Of Community Medical And Health Services For The Elderly With Chronic Diseases In Cities

The purpose of this study is to understand the demand of the elderly with chronic diseases for community medical and health services and the status quo of community medical and health services in Shijiazhuang city.This paper analyzes the relationship and mechanism among the elderly patients with chronic diseases,family environment factors and the medical and health services provided by the community,so as to provide more humanized and convenient community medical and health services for the elderly with chronic diseases.Questionnaire survey was adopted in this study.A total of 500 questionnaires were distributed,from which 325 effective samples were selected who were over 60 years old and suffering from chronic diseases.Descriptive statistical analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis were carried out.We strive to make the current situation investigation and problem presentation highly digital to ensure the results are intuitive.It is found that the elderly with chronic diseases pay more attention to home diagnosis and treatment,establishment of health records,diagnosis and nursing of special diseases in terms of the needs of community medical and health services.Among the needs of community medical and health care services,there is a high demand for the general disease and sudden disease to provide drug delivery tour,to carry out auxiliary medical companion,daily care.At present,the satisfaction degree of the elderly with chronic diseases to community medical and health services is generally satisfied,and there is statistical significance in the satisfaction degree of the elderly with different educational background,marital status,self-care status and relationship with children(P<0.05).The better the health status of the elderly with chronic diseases,the lower the score of their specific satisfaction,while the higher the education,self-care status,marital status,and better relationship with children,the higher the specific satisfaction of the elderly with chronic diseases.From the perspective of overall satisfaction,the higher the economic level of the elderly with chronic diseases,the better their current health status,self-care status and marital status,the higher their overall satisfaction.In this regard,the following suggestions are put forward.Pay attention to the prevention of chronic diseases in the elderly;Follow the principle of individuation to provide diversified services;Build an "Internet + combination of medical and nursing" community medical service management platform;Enrich the forms of community activities of the elderly with chronic diseases and increase the medical and health knowledge reserve of the elderly with chronic diseases;We will strengthen the construction of professional community medical and health service teams and attract volunteers.
