At this stage,the aging of our country is increasing,and the importance of medical and health services is becoming more and more prominent.The hierarchical medical system is a key measure for the development of medical and health services in the new era.At present,the implementation and implementation effect of the hierarchical medical system in our country is not optimistic.The main manifestation is that the independent decisionmaking and behavior of multiple parties under the current hierarchical medical system cannot achieve the best overall efficiency of the medical system.The current medical system can not effectively guide the reasonable allocation of medical resources.This paper takes the government,medical consortium and patients in the medical system as the main research body,and explores the game research,multi-party behavior analysis,and reasonable allocation of medical resources in the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,which will help solve the current medical system’s low efficiency and poor allocation of medical resources.Firstly,in order to analyze the interest relationship between the parties under the hierarchical medical system,establish a government-medicine association-patient tripartite sequential game model,analyze the game relationship between the parties,and use the reverse induction method to solve the game model to determine the Nash equilibrium strategy of the game model and the key prerequisites for achieving the best strategy for the win-win of the three parties,which can balance the interests of all parties and find the best behavioral decision-making of multiple parties.Secondly,according to the conditions of the system’s optimal strategy,analyze the behavior of multiple parties.Based on the structural equation model analysis of the patient’s medical treatment behavior,the internal behavior analysis of the medical consortium based on the duopoly game model,and the government behavior analysis based on the top-level design principle,the best behavior of each subject is determined to achieve the hierarchical medical system.Under the system,the government,the medical consortium and the patients are the goal of win-win.Finally,based on the theories and methods of hierarchical medical system,the optimal allocation of medical resources for hierarchical medical system is explored.Taking the regional medical system as the research object,the government is the main body of decision-making to establish a medical resource allocation decision-making model,and the optimal allocation plan of various medical resources in the regional medical system in a stable state and an emergency state are analyzed separately to ensure the greatest extent possible The efficiency and fairness of the allocation of medical resources provide a reference plan for government departments in the allocation of medical resources.In short,this article focuses on the multi-party behavior analysis and resource allocation,and establishes a game model centered on the three parties of the government,medical consortia and patients,and decides the best behavior of each party.Resource allocation methods provide theoretical references and suggestions for the optimization of our country’s medical system and the rational allocation of medical resources. |
