| In recent years, with the vigorous development of China’s commercial health insurance market, people’s needs for health insurance have been met to varying degrees.According to the data from the Insurance Association of China, based on the average annual growth rate of 37% in the past five years, the national medical insurance premium income will exceed 1 trillion yuan by 2020.Commercial health insurance will develop with the development of the economic level. However, since the current unbalanced regional economic development is still very prominent, and there are differences in the cultural and natural environments of different regions, there must be regional differences in development, which will restrict the comprehensive and scientific development of commercial health insurance, and have a negative impact on China’s insurance industry and even the economy. This paper aims to study the level of Chinese health insurance premium income and its influencing factors.Firstly,by analyzing the original data to study the dynamic changes of health insurance premium income and regional differences within ten years.Secondly, starting from the social factors and economic factors, the theoretical analysis is carried out,and nine pseudo-influencing factors are obtained.Thirdly, this paper conducts panel regression analysis on the model, establishes the individual, time, and two-dimensional models of the fixed model and the random model, and compares the parameters of these six models to determine that the individual fixed model is the best fitting model. Finally,on this basis, the respective variable coefficients and parameters of each province are obtained through the virtual least squares regression model, and a fitting regression model is established.By analyzing the results of each province,it is found that: the average annual number of medical visits by residents, the proportion of illiterate people over the age of 15,the proportion of the population aged 15-65,and the proportion of the urban population are inversely proportional to the per capita health insurance premium income; The total value, urban per capita disposable income and consumer price index are directly proportional to per capita health insurance premium income. In the research on various regions,it is found that the main influencing factors in the eastern region are the average annual number of medical visits, the proportion of urban population, the per capita GDP,the urban per capita disposable income and the consumer price index;the main influencing factors in the central region It is the average number of medical visits per year, the proportion of the population aged15-65,the urban per capita disposable income and the consumer price index;as far as the western region is concerned, except for the proportion of the urban population, other factors are the main influence of the per capita health insurance premium income factor. The main factors influencing the inhibitory effect of these three regions are the average annual number of medical visits and the proportion of urban population in the eastern region, the average annual medical visits and the proportion of the population aged 15-65 in the central region, and the annual average number of residents in the western region. The number of visits to the doctor, the proportion of illiterate people over the age of 15,and the proportion of the population aged 15-65. |
