Optimization Of Basic Public Health Education Services In X Community Of Kunming

After entering a new stage of social development,in order to achieve the goal of equal service development,the country gradually pays high attention to the field of public health services,which is also an important work to deepen the reform of the health system.The expenses of various service projects carried out are mainly borne by the government,and community residents do not need to pay any fees during the process of enjoying public health services,All health services are provided by the urban community health service center and its subordinate stations.With the sustained development of society and the comprehensive improvement of economic and cultural levels,the government has put forward higher requirements for community health services in order to meet the healthy living needs of the public.From this,it can be seen that the government is very concerned about the improvement of people’s living standards and has issued multiple supportive policies in this regard.Our country has been issuing various documents on the guidance of basic public health education services since 2009,actively promoting the construction and development of basic public health education services.So far,there are a total of 12 public health service policies in China that are in the implementation and execution stage.Among them,the second public service is health education,and it requires separate performance evaluation.The work content is also relatively important,and there is a certain connection with the remaining 11 services.From the perspective of community residents,it belongs to the most core category of public demand management.It occupies a fundamental and core position in basic health public services.The main purpose of health education services is to vigorously promote healthy lifestyles to the public,reduce the occurrence and spread of diseases,reduce the burden of grassroots medical care,and effectively improve the health level of the people.The public health management organization of X Community in Kunming City carefully studied the guidance policies issued by the state,strictly followed the public health service work arrangements issued by important relevant departments,and promoted the implementation and execution of basic public health education services in X Community in Kunming City.According to the relevant policy documents issued by the National Health Commission,it can be seen that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction and promotion of basic public health service projects in the relevant guidance documents and work instructions on the construction of basic public health education service systems.The target audience of community health education services is permanent residents within the jurisdiction.Currently,X Community in Kunming City covers approximately 40000 residents in the jurisdiction.There is a public health service center and two subordinate service stations in the community.X Community closely follows the national pace and strictly implements community public health related services in accordance with documents.However,there are still some problems that need to be solved in the process of providing basic public health education services.Basic public health education services influence residents through various forms of health promotion activities,enabling them to fully understand healthy lifestyles and behaviors,as well as the prevention and control knowledge of chronic and infectious diseases,in order to achieve the goal of preventing diseases and improving quality of life.At present,the community education service content and education purpose in Kunming are vague,and the service form is relatively simple,leading to people’s lack of understanding of the public health service content of health education.This article takes the current situation of public health education services in X community,Kunming City,Yunnan Province as the starting point.Based on the perspective of public services,it analyzes the significance and importance of X community health education services in community health management.A questionnaire survey is used to investigate the basic health situation of residents in the community and to assess the community.
