With the gradual improvement of people’s life quality,health has become the focus of attention.As one of the important indicators of human health,body temperature can reflect the health status of the body.In order to achieve real-time and continuous wireless temperature monitoring,temperature sensors need to be highly sensitive,linear,and capable of wireless monitoring to meet the needs of real-time wearable healthcare.In this paper,a flexible temperature sensor based on two-dimensional materials graphene and polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)has been fabricated,which can be applied to temperature monitoring and respiration monitoring under slow,normal and fast breathing conditions.In addition,a wireless temperature monitoring system including wireless sensor module,cloud server and mobile device is constructed to realize remote multi-channel in-situ body temperature monitoring,which provides a new way for wireless body temperature monitoring.The following are the main contents and research results of this paper:(1)A graphene/PDMS flexible temperature sensor was fabricated based on graphene and PDMS.The prepared sensor has high sensitivity(5.203%oC-1)and good linearity(R2=0.996)in the temperature range of 30℃to 70℃.The sensor can be used for temperature monitoring and respiratory monitoring.(2)Based on the flexible temperature sensor with high performance,a wireless temperature monitoring system based on wireless sensor module,cloud server and mobile devices was constructed.It realizes the wireless transmission of human body temperature to the cloud server for monitoring,and displays multi-channel body temperature data on mobile terminal device,and gives an alarm when the body temperature is abnormal.(3)Based on Vue,Element-UI,Echarts and other technologies,the front-end development of the background management system for temperature monitoring was completed.The user data and body temperature data are displayed through charts.In summary,this study combines flexible temperature sensors with wireless communication technology to complete the construction of a wireless body temperature monitoring system and realize intelligent sensing.The body temperature data is displayed by mobile terminal devices to realize real-time and continuous wireless monitoring of body temperature,which provides a new way for body temperature monitoring.
