Evaluation Of Comprehensive Influence Of Chinese Medical Scholars

As an important creator,transmitter and inheritor of human scientific knowledge and a major promoter of scientific and technological progress,an objective,scientific as well as fair evaluation of scholars can not only motivate scholars to innovate in academic research,but also guide and encourage scholars to adjust and calibrate their research directions and engage in more valuable scientific research activities.However,at present,there are some shortcomings and deficiencies in China’s scientific research evaluation system,and there is no complete and authoritative evaluation system,and there are also academic plagiarism,thesis falsification and other academic misconduct incidents,so the state has continuously introduced various policies and systems related to the establishment and improvement of the scientific research evaluation system and scientific research integrity to establish the correct value guidance for scientific researchers in many aspects,and also to provide policy support for the in-depth research and long-term development of scientific research evaluation.In addition,it also provides policy support and guarantee for the in-depth research and long-term development of research evaluation.Scholar impact is an important research content of research evaluation,and it is important to continuously innovate,improve and refine the field of scholar impact evaluation to make it more scientific and reasonable.At present,most of the studies on scholars’ influence evaluation are evaluated from scholars’ academic influence and collaborative influence,and there are differences in the selection of indicators and evaluation methods,and there are some shortcomings.Therefore,based on the analysis and comparison of domestic and foreign studies on scholars’ influence evaluation,this paper adopts a comprehensive evaluation method to construct a comprehensive influence evaluation index system for scholars by selecting indicators from four aspects: scholars’ academic influence,cooperative influence,social influence and social influence.In the social influence index,not only domestic social platforms are considered,but also foreign Altmetrics indexes are combined to reflect the social influence of scholars,and the number of retractions,which can reflect scholars’ research credit,is innovatively used as a secondary index of scholars’ social influence.We also selected Chinese scholars in the medical field for the empirical study.First,the data were processed and tested,including standardization and applicability tests,and then the comprehensive influence scores and rankings of scholars were calculated by factor analysis and principal component analysis;second,the evaluation results were analyzed to show that the evaluation of scholars in four aspects,namely academic influence,collaborative influence,social influence and social influence,is scientific and reliable.The impact of the number of retractions on the overall influence of scholars is also analyzed,which shows that it is reasonable and feasible to incorporate the indicators of research credit into the evaluation index system.This study provides reference and reference for scholar evaluation research,and further enriches the content and results in the field of scholar comprehensive influence evaluation.
