Research On Configuration Efficiency Of ECG Monitor In DY Hospital Based On Dea Method

Effective use of medical equipment to improve allocation efficiency is the main way to ensure that hospitals improve the overall service quality.Medical equipment is constantly updated.As an indispensable equipment for medical institutions,the central electric monitor is widely used in clinical services with its unique functional advantages.However,the unreasonable configuration of hospital ECG monitors often occurs.In order to improve the configuration efficiency of ECG monitors and realize rational utilization of resources,this thesis studies the configuration of ECG monitors in DY Hospital.In this study,the theoretical and methodological basis is mastered by analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad and related research topics.Then,through the research on the basic situation of DY hospital and the situation of ECG monitor,the original data and important indicators of the research were obtained,and the use status of the ECG monitor in DY hospital was obtained after collection and sorting.Then,DEA model is used to analyze the allocation efficiency of ECG monitors in DY hospital.According to the calculation results,the existing problems are analyzed,and the reasons for insufficient input and output are analyzed.A specific scheme to improve the allocation efficiency of ECG monitors in DY hospital is proposed,and then the effectiveness is verified.Finally,suggestions for the optimization of the hospital’s allocation process of medical equipment are put forward.The final results show that the ECG monitors in various departments of DY Hospital are currently unbalanced in configuration,and the resource stock is relatively insufficient.The resource allocation shows the differences among departments.The function utilization rate of ECG monitors is low,and the management and system are unreasonable.It can be seen that there are outstanding problems in the configuration and utilization of ECG monitors.To this end,the specific ECG monitor configuration improvement plan for DY Hospital was proposed,and the management system of the competent department was also optimized to improve the problem of unbalanced configuration,and the process optimization proposal for the hospital to allocate medical resources in the future was proposed to avoid the occurrence of unbalanced medical resource distribution again.According to the configuration efficiency of ECG monitors in various departments of DY Hospital,the average comprehensive efficiency increased from 0.688 to 0.806,which proved the feasibility of the improvement plan.
