Objective:In this study,HIIT was used to intervene in patients with type 2 diabetes for 8 weeks to evaluate the effect of HIIT on liver fat content in type 2 diabetes, and to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of liver complications in type 2 diabetes.Methods:Twenty-four patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were recruited and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with12 cases in each group.During the study,4 cases in the control group fell off and 1 case in the training group fell off. Both groups were given routine treatment such as diabetes health education, daily diet monitoring and advice. The control group was given oral advice and education without planned exercise training. The experimental group was given high-intensity interval training(HIIT),3 times a week,30-35 minutes each time, for a total of 8 weeks. The anthropometric indexes(body weight, waist circumference, hip circumference,BMI),waist circumference, hip circumference, heart rate and Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE)were recorded before and after the intervention.Liver function indexes(ALT,AST,GGT,ALP,serum globulin, serum albumin, total protein,A/G),blood test(red blood cell count, white blood cell count, platelet count, hemoglobin),liver fat fraction(HFF),fatty liver index(FLI),hepatic steatosis index(HSI),Lipid accumulation product(LAP).All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Independent sample t test was used to compare the data of patients before intervention, and paired sample t test was used before and after intervention.Pearson correlation analysis was performed between liver fat fraction and general data and blood biochemical indexes of patients.Results:1.After 8 weeks of intervention, the decrease of body weight,BMI,waist circumference and hip circumference in the experimental group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while there was no statistical difference in the control group.2.After 8 weeks of intervention, the white blood cell count of the experimental group decreased significantly, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After 8 weeks of intervention, the liver function index of the experimental group,GGT decreased significantly, showing a significant statistical difference(P< 0.01),ALT,AST,ALP,direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin, total bilirubin, serum globulin There was no significant difference, while serum albumin showed a significant increase in the normal range(P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the changes of all liver function indexes in the control group.4.After intervention, the decrease of HFF and HSI in the experimental group was statistically different(P < 0.05),and the decrease of FLI was statistically significant(P < 0.05).LAP decreased significantly after intervention, showing very significant statistical significance(P < 0.001).5.Liver fat content was positively correlated with BMI,triglyceride,ALT,GGT and hemoglobin concentration(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.For T2DM patients,8 weeks of HIIT can effectively improve the liver fat content, improve liver function and improve body shape.2.Liver fat content in patients with type 2 diabetes is related to glucose and lipid metabolism and liver enzyme metabolism disorders, and blood indicators are related to liver fat fraction.
