Study On The Influencing Factors Of Emergency Public Health Information Disclosure In Liaoning Province Based On The DEMATEL Method

Public information was an important prerequisite and guarantee for the government to deal with public health emergencies,and also the basic requirement for emergency management.There were many factors that had an impact on the public health emergency.The effect of the emergency information was good,which had improved the emergency ability of the public health accident.On the basis of clarifying the core concepts of public health emergencies and information disclosure,This paper is based on the theory of service-oriented government,the right to know theory,and Marketer’s theory of mass communication the literature analysis method and the questionnaire survey method to determine the influencing factor system of public health emergency information disclosure in Liaoning Province.A total of 18 influencing factors were screened,involving four dimensions.Among them,there are 8 subject dimensions of information disclosure,3information receiver dimensions,2 information dimensions,and 5 media dimensions.Secondly,AMOS and other statistical analysis software are used to conduct quantitative analysis of the influencing factor system for verification and final confirmation.On the basis of validation using system science analysis(DEMATEL method)data analysis,establish the center of the factors,causes,factor attribute and causal diagram,including 10 factors,eight result factors,including A2(government information disclosure related laws and regulations)has the most important role in the whole system.With the law and center and cause data analysis screening the five key factors,respectively is A2(government information disclosure related laws and regulations),A1(timeliness of government information disclosure),A3(government emergency information sharing mechanism construction),B5(media supervision by public opinion and function),C2(the public’s right to know).Finally analyzes the key factors of this paper,put forward the perfect public health emergency information disclosure laws and regulations system,improve the emergency information management sharing mechanism,safeguard the right to know power status,coordinate power conflict,Strengthen the awareness of media supervision and promote the responsibility of supervision public health emergency information disclosure in Liaoning province related countermeasures.
