Research purposes: To explore the effect of SET on balance and walking function in stroke patients on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Research methods: From January 2022 to June 2022,40 patients with ischemic stroke who were treated in the Rehabilitation Department of Yantai Zhifu Hospital were selected,including22 men and 18 women who met the experimental requirements.Divided them into two groups at random,each group of 20 people.Both groups were treated with medication without interruption.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the experimental group received SET combined with routine rehabilitation training,5 days a week,a total of 6weeks.All patients were assessed once before and after experiment,and the data were sorted out and analyzed.Evaluation contents include balance,walking,body control and daily life activities abilities.Research results:(1)Before the start of the experiment,the above-mentioned indexes of all patients after comparison showed no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)After 6 weeks of the experiment,Berg and Fugl-Meyer grade has increased significantly in all patients(P<0.01);Comparison between groups,the experimental group of Berg score increase more significantly(P<0.01),but two groups of patients contrasted Fugl-Meyer score distinction was not obvious(P>0.05).(3)After 6 weeks of the experiment,TUGT time is significantly shortened(P<0.01),Holden classification and MWS were increased significantly(P<0.01)compared before the experiment;Comparison between groups,the experimental group of TUGT time decreased significantly(P<0.01),MWS increased significantly(P<0.05),but Holden grade distinction was not obvious(P>0.05).(4)After 6 weeks of the experiment,the Sheikh trunk control ability of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before the experiment(P<0.01);In the experimental group,Sheikh trunk control ability improved more significantly(P<0.01).(5)After 6 weeks of the experiment,MBI index of all patients was higher than that before the experiment(P<0.01);Comparison between groups,the improvement of MBI score in the the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.05).Research conclusion: SET combined with routine rehabilitation training can specifically activate the core muscle group of patients,so SET combined with routine rehabilitation training is conducive to improving the core stability of the trunk of patients,improving the control ability of the trunk,so as to improve the balance,walking and daily living ability of patients,and the effect is better than the single routine rehabilitation training.
