Abdominal organs are susceptible to shock load and cause trauma. However, there are few studies on the mechanical properties of kidney tissue at home and abroad. This article summarizes the research results on the mechanical properties of kidney tissue at home and abroad, and classifies and analyzes its performance parameters. The problems faced by the Institute of Kidney Tissue Biomechanical Properties and the future development direction are expounded to provide references for the future study of renal tissue biomechanics. In order to obtain the mechanical properties of the kidney tissue,a quasi-static load compression test was performed using pig kidney tissue as a sample.According to the mechanical response of the kidney tissue compression test and the umale blunt impact test, the Mooney Rivlin superelastic material constitutive model was characterized and fitted.Through the reconstruction of the uamle impact test,it is believed that the parameters obtained by the kidney tissue compression test can be more improved.Good characterization of the mechanical properties of kidney tissue.Based on three-year-old,six-year-old and adult kidney finite element models, the reconstruction of kidney dynamic impact experiments explored the applicability of the second-order Mooney Rivlin material constitutive and viscoelastic constitutive in characterizing the mechanical properties of the kidney, and then discussed the kidney quality, kidney The influence of envelope, impact velocity and impact position on blunt kidney injury. And analyze the existing kidney damage indicators. The results show that Mooney Rivlin material constitutive is more suitable for the finite element evaluation of kidney damage than the viscoelastic constitutive model;kidney damage is reduced with the increase of kidney mass;the increase in hammer impact speed will aggravate kidney damage; The presence of the capsule will reduce kidney damage to a certain extent;the impact energy can effectively predict the kidney damage of three-year-old and six-year-old children. The applicability of existing kidney injury indicators was discussed through the experimental design.Based on the constructed child occupant finite element model, the kidney injury of children was studied when they were impacted by front, side and back. The results showed that the von Mises stress of lateral impact renal cortex was lower than the injury threshold, the von Mises stress of frontal impact renal cortex was in the threshold range, while the von Mises stress and the maximum principal strain of blunt impact renal cortex were higher than the injury threshold. Therefore, using soft tissue as the impact plate can effectively reduce kidney injury;Abdominal soft tissue can effectively reduce kidney damage.
