| Handwriting and drawing movement is a complex fine movement containing a variety of organs,such as nervous system,eyes,muscles and so on,which involves a lot of physiological,psychological and pathological information.In that case,the pathological or functional changes of organs will be reflected through the metamorphosis of this movement.With the development and growth of children,handwriting and drawing skills are gradually enhanced.However,there are many children with poor handwriting skills,and be attracted by dysgraphia.Therefore,handwriting characteristics was analysisd,the norm of handwriting development characteristics for Nanjing was established,basis for the evaluation of children’s handwriting skills was provided,and reference for the auxiliary diagnosis of mental disorders was reached.Based on the literature review,this paper establishes a handwriting data collection platform,explore the developmental characteristics of children’s handwriting under two types of handwriting tasks(Chinese character transcription and numner cancellation),and the norm of handwriting development characteristics for Nanjing was established.On this basis,the auxiliary diagnosis of ADHD based on the techniques and methods was explored.The main content of the paper is summarized as follows:(1)The handwritting data collection platform was established based on smart ink pen,Bluetooth gateways and SDK which are provided by third-party companies,to realize the acquisition of handwriting data and meet the demand of large-scale data acquisition.(2)The handwriting development characteristics of Chinese school aged healthy children was explored based on Chinese character transcription handwriting task,and characteristics were analyzed from temporal and spatial dimensions(such as the time,the speed,the size,the number of strokes,and so on.).Statistical methods such as two-factor variance analysisc and correlation analysis are adopted to evaluate the influence of grade and gender on handwriting characteristics.The results showed that the main effects of grade and gender were significant on some characteristics,while only the main effect of grade existed on other characteristics.(3)The handwriting development characteristics of Chinese 5-12 years old children was explored based on number cancellation handwriting task,and characteristics were analyzed from temporal and spatial dimensions(such as the time,the speed,the size,visual search,accuracy,attention level,and so on.).Statistical methods such as two-factor variance analysis and correlation analysis are adopted to evaluate the influence of grade and gender on handwriting characteristics.The results showed that the main effects of grade and gender were significant on some characteristics,while only the main effect of grade existed on other characteristics.(4)The handwriting characteristics of ADHD children was explored based on number cancellation task,characteristics were explored from temporal and spatial dimensions,and the method was applied to analysis data such as statistical analysis,ROC analysis and machine learning.The results of statistical analysis showed that the difference between the ADHD group and the control group was significant in nine characteristics.The result of ROC curve analysis showed that the Youden index of 0)0)7)reached 1.40,the accuracy reached 1.40,and the AUC value reaches 0.75.The results of machine learning classification show that with 9 characteristics,the classification accuracy reaches 74.8%.These results provide a reference for ADHD analysis and identify. |
