Clinical Study On The Eradication Of Helicobacter Pylori By Invigorating Spleen And Regulating Qi And Detoxifying

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of invigorating spleen and regulating qi and detoxifying to eradicate Helicobacter pylori,and to provide theoretical basis for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients meeting diagnostic criteria who visited the outpatient department of Spleen and Stomach rheumatology in Xiangyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Hubei Province from January 2022 to January2023 were randomly divided into four groups of bismuth(Amoxicillin capsules 1g twice a day,clarithromycin capsules 0.5g twice a day,bismuth potassium citrate granules 220 mg twice a day,Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules 20 mg twice a day)and traditional Chinese medicine group(Zhishi Xiaopi Wan,decocted 400 ml in water,taken twice in the morning and evening),30 people in each group,the course of treatment in both groups was 14 days,the clinical efficacy was evaluated from the symptoms,eradication of Helicobacter pylori,adverse reactions,improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms and other aspects after treatment.Results:The eradication rate was 63.33% in the Chinese medicine group and 86.67% in the bismuth quadruple group.The eradication rate in the bismuth quadruple group was significantly higher than that in the Chinese medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After eradication treatment,gastrointestinal symptoms of the two groups were improved in different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant compared with before eradication(P < 0.05).After eradication,the improvement of gastrointestinal symptoms in TCM group was significantly better than that in bismuth quadruple group(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was6.67% in the Chinese medicine group and 26.67% in the bismuth quadruple group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the bismuth quadruple therapy,and was less than 80%,which was an unacceptable range,and it was not recommended to eradicate Helicobacter pylori alone in clinic.The Chinese medicine group can significantly improve the gastrointestinal symptoms,relieve the pain of patients,improve the quality of life;The occurrence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of western medicine group,which could improve patient compliance to a certain extent and help improve the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori.
