| Objective: Dynamic knee valgus increases the risk of knee injury during exercise, and the larger the angle, the higher the risk factor of knee injury. In this experiment,by intervening in hip abductor muscle strength, the angle change of dynamic knee valgus population was analyzed, and the influence of hip abduction muscle strength training on dynamic knee valgus population was explored. To monitor the kinematic parameters of dynamic knee valgus in the complete gait cycle, the three-dimensional position of tibia relative to the femur,to explore the influence of hip abductor strength training on the gait of dynamic knee valgus,to provide correction programs and injury prevention in dynamic knee valgus population, and to provide data support and analysis guidance.Methodology: Deep jump exercise was used to screen people with dynamic knee valgus.Twenty-eight subjects with dynamic knee valgus were selected among the average college student.Twenty-eight subjects were trained for 8 weeks of hip abductor strength, and the following indicators were measured for 8 weeks of intervention,4 weeks of intervention, and three time phases before intervention:dynamic knee valgus angle;hip abduction peak moment;Knee KG 3D knee data including: step length, cadence, step width, percentage of support phase when walking, range of motion of the knee(flexion and extension, valgus, internal and external rotation),angle of position of the tibia relative to the femur when the heel hits the ground(flexion and extension, valgus, internal and external rotation). The results of the results:(1)In the dynamic knee valgus angle data, the angle decreased compared with before the intervention after 4 weeks of intervention, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and after 8 weeks of intervention, there was a significant change compared with before the intervention, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the dynamic knee valgus angle on the left and right sides, the decrease was not obvious after 8 weeks of intervention,4weeks after intervention and the first three time phases of intervention, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)(2)In the hip abduction peak moment data, intervention 4 There was an increase after weeks compared with pre-intervention,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and after 8 weeks of intervention, there was a significant increase compared with pre-intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the hip abduction peak torque, there was no significant difference between the two phases after 8 weeks,4 weeks after intervention, and the first three time phases of intervention, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)In the data of Knee KG knee joint real-time 3D analysis system, the gait spatiotemporal parameters did not change significantly in the three time phases, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the range of motion of the knee joint(flexion and extension, valgus, internal and external rotation),there was no significant change in the three time phases, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the left and right knees, there was no significant difference in the three phases(P>0.05).The angle of flexion and extension of the left and right knees when they hit the ground was compared, and the angle of the left knee was slightly smaller than that of the right knee in the three phases, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the contrast between the valgus angle of the left and right knees when they landed on the heel,8 weeks of intervention,4 weeks of intervention, and the comparison before intervention(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the angle of internal and external rotation between the left and right knees when they landed on the heel,8 weeks of intervention,4 weeks of intervention, and the comparison before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)After 4 weeks of interventional training, the angle of dynamic knee valgus was slightly reduced, and the reduction was more obvious after 8 weeks of intervention training, indicating that hip abductor strength training can effectively reduce dynamic knee valgus angle, which has positive significance in reducing the risk of sports injuries in people with dynamic knee valgus.(2)After 4 weeks of intervention training, the peak moment of hip abduction on both sides became larger than before the training intervention, and the increase was more significant after 8weeks,indicating that hip abduction muscle strength training can increase motor control, strengthen the coordination ability of the nervous system, and effectively reduce the dynamic knee valgus angle.(3)When the heel touched the ground, the angle of bilateral tibia relative to the internal and external rotation of the femur and the angle of varus were similar, and the change was from external rotation to internal rotation after 4 weeks of intervention training, and this change was more significant after 8 weeks of intervention training. It was shown that hip abductor muscle strength training could reduce the varus angle and internal and external rotation angle of the tibia relative to the femur when the heel touched the ground in gait, thereby improving dynamic knee valgus. |
