ObjectiveTo analyze and summarize the clinicopathological characteristics of breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer in our hospital, and to study the related factors affecting recurrence, metastasis and survival after breast surgery,so as to provide reference for future breast conserving surgery.MethodThe clinical data of 1 9 3 patients who underwent breast conserving surgery for early breast cancer from January 2 0 1 3 to January 2 0 1 8 in China Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University were retrospectively analyzed, and the treatment effect of breast conserving surgery for breast cancer was analyzed based on the clinical factors such as the patient’s age, tumor size, molecular type, location, etc. To analyze the relationship between clinical case factors and the related factors that affect the local recurrence, distant metastasis and long-term survival rate of patients after surgery.Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis and Log-rank method was used for single factor analysis and classification data test. The difference was statistically significant when P value was less than 0.05.ResultThe 193 cases in the whole group were women. The results of univariate analysis showed that the factors related to the recurrence of postoperative anti-tumor therapy(postoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy and endocrine therapy)(P<0.05).Whether there is anti-tumor treatment after operation is an independent prognostic factor affecting the total survival time of patients(P<0.05).Patients with 5-year OS had independent factors of recurrence and survival with clinical stage, pathological type, molecular typing and surgical method(P<0.05),while age was not an independent factor of survival(P>0.05).Molecular typing was an independent prognostic risk factor for 5-year OS(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Breast-conserving surgery in our hospital shows an increasing trend.2.Whether there is anti-tumor treatment after operation is an independent prognostic factor affecting the total survival time of patients(P<0.05).After normal breast-conserving surgery, comprehensive anti-tumor treatment is required, including postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative radiotherapy and postoperative endocrine therapy. However, there is no clear consensus on whether radiotherapy or chemotherapy should be carried out first.3.There are significant statistical differences between the recurrence rate and survival rate of patients with breast conserving surgery and clinical stage, pathological type, molecular classification, and surgical method. For patients with strong breast conserving surgery,it is necessary to clearly evaluate whether breast conserving surgery is feasible before surgery.
