According to the development of The Times,the need of the society and the change of the disease spectrum,the global concept of massive health is proposed.It covers many industries,including life,food,biology,chemical industry,health care inspection and testing.It is an emerging industry with huge market potential.Among them,selenium-rich health care products play an important role in participating in body metabolism,promoting growth and development,and maintaining body immunity.The traditional trace element evaluation methods lack chronergy due to the disadvantages such as high equipment cost,special personnel operation,lack of detection flux,and weak biomedical indication significance.In view of this,it is necessary to develop new special,sensitive and accurate selenium nutrition evaluation means.It have shown that selenosugar is a marker of selenium metabolism with a dominant abundance in human urine.In this study,a lateral flow chromatography strip that specifically captures selenosugar was constructed using the covalent binding of boric acid group to glycodiol and the affinity recognition of N-acetyl galactosamide groups in urine to obtain optimized parameters for each component including FM-PBA coupling of 15.0 μL/cm spray of conjugated solution,6.0 m M PEG,0.4 mg/m L chitosan,and detection results could be obtained within 10 min.The strip showed good specificity and showed a good linear relationship during selenosugar detetion.In addition,electrical analysis method using mercury membrane modified silver mercury electrode,and the optimal parameters of current response including mixing speed,mixing time,mercury dipping time,activation time,enrichment time and enrichment potential were respectively 4000 rpm,30 s,15 min,5 min,5 min and-0.1 V.And the electrode was found to have strong specificity and good linear relations.The establishment of lateral flow chromatography test paper and silver amalgam detection electrode can simply and quickly realize the real-time monitoring of selenium metabolites in human urine,providing a new idea for studying trace elements even if the detection method,so the development of instant detection technology for detecting urinary selenium metabolites has great potential in the field of in vitro diagnosis.
