The level of hospital infection management is an important part of evaluating the quality of comprehensive medical services.The prevention and control of hospital infection should not only pay attention to the outcome index of infection control,but also the process monitoring.In order to promote the construction of hospital infection information management and the hospital’s high-quality development,the author tried to establish a set of real-time infection monitoring system in line with the current situation of the hospital,based on the exploring and optimizing of hospital management information system.On the one hand,it effectively standardized the real-time monitoring and controlling process of our hospital,and on the other hand,also reduced the risk of hospital infection through the implementation of process control.This system not only facilitates the statistical analysis of data by full-time infection control personnel,but also provides an information based quality control approach for clinical medical staff.It adopts intelligent monitoring methods in key prevention and control links to realize the control of the whole process of diagnosis,treatment and nursing,and truly "moving the gate of infection control forward".In order to effectively obtain the real-time monitoring and controlling needs of different groups of the medical system for hospital infection,the author comprehensively combed the existing workflow of the hospital through face-to-face communication with users,and obtained the demand details of the system.The design of six functional modules including hospital infection monitoring,hand hygiene monitoring,intelligent monitoring and early warning,hospital infection statistical analysis,and system management was realized through the comprehensive use of Webservice,Redis,CSS,Js and front-end technology,Rabbit MQ,automatic acquisition technology,SQL Server database,and Dashboard report tools.In the system realization segment,the system function realization process is displayed in combination with the actual interface of the system and the function core code.In order to ensure the reliability of the functions and performance of the real-time monitoring platform for infection in our hospital,the testers verified the functions and performance of the system by the system test method and drawed the final test conclusion.The real-time monitoring platform for hospital infection can effectively realize the functions of hospital infection monitoring,monitoring of disinfection and sterilization effect,early warning of nosocomial infection,data statistical analysis,etc.,which can help medical staff to identify infection risks early,identify the cause of hospital infection,and carry out early intervention in a targeted manner.The system uses AI technology to monitor the whole process of key links of prevention and control,making infection prevention and control intelligent,efficient and without loopholes.The system performs statistical analysis on hospital infection monitoring data,and uses the Dashboard dashboard tool to visually present infection statistical data to facilitate accurate infection control.The hospital infection monitoring module has completed two functions of comprehensive monitoring and targeted monitoring,and highlighted the monitoring and management of key projects in targeted monitoring,including Ventilator Associated Pneumonia(VAP),Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infection,(CLABSI),Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infection(CAUTI)surveillance management.The system uses Webservice interface technology and Hospital Information System(HIS),Laboratory Information Management System(LIS),Electronic Medical Record(EMR),Picture Archiving and Communication Systems(PACS),intensive care system and other platforms to achieve data acquisition and sharing.At present,the real-time monitoring platform for hospital infection has been launched in our hospital,and the system functions and performance have been highly praised by users.The system has six functional modules: hospital infection monitoring,hand hygiene management,statistical analysis of hospital infection,AI monitoring and early warning,and system management.With the help of the hospital infection real-time monitoring platform,the information management of hospital infection control has been realized,especially breakthroughs and innovations have been made in process monitoring and early warning of infection,highlighting the functional advantages of process control,improving the effect of hospital infection prevention and control,and promoting the infection control management in our hospital to move towards the direction of intelligence.This paper contains 35 figures,22 charts,65 references. |
