Objective: This study intends to construct a post competency evaluation model of robot-assisted surgery nurses and determine the weight of the indicators at all levels. To provide a theoretical basis for the recruitment, training and performance evaluation of robot-assisted surgery cooperation nurses in the operating room.Methods:(1)On the basis of literature review,we constructed the initial framework of the competency evaluation index system for robotassisted surgery nurses through semi-structured interviews with Da Vinci robotic surgery experts and expert group meetings.(2)We made a questionnaire to investigate the surgeons and nurses of Da Vinci Robot surgery in Hunan Province to quantify and improve the indicators, and initially formed a competency evaluation index system for robot-assisted surgery surgical cooperation.(3)Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, the competency evaluation indexes of robot-assisted surgical cooperation nurses were screened and improved.(4)In this study, expert scoring method was used to determine the weight of competency evaluation index, and finally formed a competency evaluation index system for robot-assisted surgical cooperation nurses.Results:(1)A total of 16 experts were interviewed in this study, after in-depth reading and analysis of the qualitative interview data, the competency index system framework of robot-assisted surgical cooperation nurses was preliminarily developed, including 4 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators and 78 third-level indicators.(2)A total of 62 questionnaires were collected in this study,Cronbach’s αreliability coefficients of questionnaires of indicators at all levels were greater than 0.80,and the total reliability coefficients were greater than0.90;after quantitative consultation on some indicators and descriptive analysis of questionnaires, the first round of expert letter questionnaire was prepared.(3)25 experts were involved in the expert consultation, and the response rate was 100%.The expert authority coefficients were all greater than 0.75.The mean importance scores of all indicators in the two rounds of expert consultation were> 3.50,and the item selection rate of all indicators were > 70%.The two rounds of Kendall coefficient(W)test were significant(P<0.01),Cronbach’s α reliability coefficients of expert consultation tables of indicators at all levels were greater than 0.70,and the total reliability coefficients were greater than 0.90.Finally,the competency index system of robot-assisted surgical cooperation nurses was determined, including 4 first-level indexes,19 second-level indexes and 79 third-level indexes.(4)The weights of indicators at all levels were determined by expert scoring method, and the weights of first-level indicators were 0.248,0.261,0.253 and 0.238,respectively.Conclusion: In this study, the competency index system of robotassisted surgical cooperation nurses was constructed, including 4 first-level indicators,19 second-level indicators and 79 third-level indicators, and the weight of the indicators was determined, which had good scientific and reliability, which provided a reference basis and practical guide for the training and performance evaluation of robot surgery cooperation nurses in the later stage.
