Based On The "Complete Works Of Chishui Xuanzhu" To Discuss Sun Yikui’s Charactertics Of Differentiation And Therapeutic Features On Zang-fu Disease Pattern

Objective:Through the research methods of traditional philology,this topic sorts out Sun Yikui’s life and medical process,analyzes his writings,clarifies the version of his works,traces his academic origins,summarizes his academic characteristics,and finally uses the "Complete Works of Chishui Xuanzhu" as a model to refine and summarize Sun Yikui’s characteristics of the identification and treatment of internal organs and clinical characteristics,which is conducive to enriching the theoretical research of Xin’an Medicine on internal organ diseases.Method:(1)Literature research method: study the whole book of "Chishui Xuanzhu Complete Works",query reference books such as "Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine","Xin’an Famous Doctor and Academic Origin Examination",use CNKI,Wanfang,Weipu and other data retrieval platforms,with "Sun Yikui","Chishui Xuanzhu","Sun Wenyuan Medical Case","Visceral Disease Certificate" as the theme of various search terms at all levels,comprehensively collect relevant literature materials,sort out Sun Yikui’s life and medical process,analyze academic sources,and summarize its academic characteristics.Use bibliographic knowledge to clarify the version of their works.Using the knowledge of versionology,he sorted out the editions of his works,and selected the proofreading book "Sun Yikui Medical Encyclopedia" published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press in Beijing in 2015 as the research base.(2)Inductive analysis method: adopt the combination of extensive reading,intensive reading,thorough reading,selective reading,writing reading,etc.,to study the "Complete Works of Chishui Xuanzhu",sort out,classify,summarize and analyze the content of the original book on internal organ disease evidence,and on this basis,the research content of etiology and pathogenesis,treatment and prescription medicine is used to extract and summarize Sun Yikui’s identification and treatment characteristics and clinical characteristics of internal medicine disease evidence.Results:(1)Through consulting relevant literature,it is found that the records of Sun Yikui’s specific birth and death dates have not been unified,and it is more credible to verify the specific birth and death dates as 1538 and 1600.(2)Through reading the contents of the Complete Works of Chishui Xuanzhu and related literature research,it is analyzed that his academic thinking is not only influenced by the three teachings of Confucianism,Buddhism,Taoism and Wen Fu School,but also related to his own learning from the strengths of all and impermanent teachers.As well as summarizing its academic characteristics,the theory of life gate moving qi,the three-focal envelope,the jun,the fire of the phase,and the theory of the inner scene of the human body.(3)Through the discussion of 20 kinds of symptoms in the "Complete Works of Chishui Xuanzhu",such as cold,cough,wheezing,palpitations,chest paralysis,headache,dizziness,stroke,vomiting,choking,abdominal pain,diarrhea,dysentery,hypochondrium,bulging,accumulation,accumulation,malaria,edema,and gonorrhea,Sun Yikui’s first clear evidence,dialectical flexibility,attention to the characteristics of pulse discrimination,and the characteristics of clinical evidence of warming up the yuan,spleen and kidney as the main and legal but not the party are extracted.Conclusion:Sun Yikui had a profound academic background,obvious academic characteristics,sufficient clinical experience,and had good inspiration,practicality and important clinical reference value for the first emphasis on evidence,dialectical flexibility,and attention to the characteristics of pulse discrimination,and attention to the clinical evidence treatment characteristics of warm supplementation,spleen and kidney,and legal but not prescription.
