Study On Literature Collation And Prescription Drugs Of Bi Syndrome Of Medical Classics Before Song Dynasty

Objective:1.To collect traditional Chinese medicine literature related to Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty,clarify the definition of Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty,and systematically summarize the naming and classification,etiology and pathogenesis,symptom manifestations and identification of Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty.2.To analyze and study the commonly used drugs,drug pairs and drug characteristics of bi syndrome treatment before Song Dynasty,so as to comprehensively and deeply summarize the characteristics of Bi syndrome treatment before Song Dynasty for clinical reference.3.To reveal the characteristics of various medical books for the treatment of Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty and their mutual relations..Methods:1.The related data of Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty were collected and classified according to the disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome classification,treatment methods,prescriptions and herbs.The related data of Bi syndrome in narrow sense were screened out and summarized.2.WPS Office 2021 was used to make Excel tables for the collected prescription data.WPS Office 2021 was used for statistical analysis of drug types,drug proportion,drug frequency,properties,odor,composition and proportion of meridian normalization,frequency of use,etc.IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 platform was used to analyze the association of common drug pairs and three kinds of drug combinations for Bi syndrome treatment by using the Apriori algorithm.To explore the relationship between the main symptom of Bi syndrome and the use of single medicine and the combination of two medicines.3.Combining with the theory of Bi syndrome before Song Dynasty and the records of herbal medicine,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the prescription for Bi syndrome in each book.Results:1.Before Song Dynasty,the diseases of Bi syndrome in narrow sense included Bi,Li Jie and White Tiger disease(wind).The etiology can be divided into two parts:internal cause and external cause.Internal cause is the deficiency of positive qi and the imbalance of Yin and Yang caused by various reasons.The external causes are mostly affected by bad living habits,regional climate and so on.These factors often combine with each other,and clip as disease,so that Bi syndrome disease complex,lingering difficult to heal.Before the Song Dynasty,the classification of Bi syndrome according to clinical characteristics can be divided into walking Bi,pain Bi,zhuo Bi,zhong Bi,zhou Bi;According to the etiology,it is divided into wind Bi,cold Bi,wet Bi and so on.According to the location of the disease,it can be divided into tendon bi,pulse bi,bone bi,foot bi,deep bi,etc.The main symptoms of Bi syndrome are pain,heavy,apathetic,limb disadvantage and joint deformation.Before Song Dynasty,Bi syndrome was sometimes confused with stroke and beriberi.When wind and bi were both named diseases,stroke and Bi syndrome were two separate diseases.It is one of the causes of Bi syndrome that stroke can lead to the occurrence of Bi syndrome when the body is attacked by wind evil.When Bi is used as a pathogenesis to express different meanings of Bi obstruction,Bi can be used to describe the pathogenesis of apoplexy.Bi syndrome overlaps with beriberi disease.When beriberi disease is attacked by the evil of water and dampness,it is considered as wet BI.If the disease develops the appearance of beriberi rushing heart,boredom,vomiting and other manifestations,it does not belong to the category of Bi syndrome.2.Before the Song Dynasty,there were 61 commonly used medicines for the treatment of Bi syndrome,and the top 10 is yellow rice wine,cinnamon,aconitum monkshood,licorice,parsnip,angelica sinensis,asarum,bai zhu,dried ginger,chuanwu and chuanxiong.The main drugs were tonifying deficiency drug,dispelling wind and dampness drug,superficies drug and warming Li drug.Nature for the main warm,odor to Xin,Gan,more into the liver and kidney.Common drug pairs were cinnamon and asarum;Cinnamon,dried ginger;Cinnamon and chuanxiong;Cinnamon,paeony;Cinnamon,Sichuan pepper,etc.The commonly used combination of cinnamon,asarum and aconite;Cinnamon,asarum,rice wine;Aconite,asarum,rice wine;Aconite,dried ginger,parsnip;Cinnamon,dried ginger,parsnip,etc.Its main symptoms are limb pain,body pain,joint pain,limb paralysis,limb enlargement and other 10 symptoms.Limb pain commonly used drugs are sweet taro,bone broken complement,qianghuo,etc.;The main drugs for foot pain are duhuo,Eucommia ulmoides,Dendrobium,etc.Limbs urgent commonly used platycodon,angelica;Lumbago main drugs have bone broken complement,black bean and so on.Limb impotence waste commonly used angelica,red peony root;Body pain with shang lu;Limb enlargement with noisy sheep flower,mulberry parasite,etc.;Joint pain with cassia branch,morinda,etc.Before the Song Dynasty,the principle of Bi syndrome prescription medication is to nourish kidney and liver,tonify deficiency,dispel wind and dehumidify,and Tongbi;Medication changes with symptoms.3.The medicine of Wuwei Han Dynasty is mainly composed of aconite and black beak,which embodies the method of xin,dissipating and warming.Moreover,there is a close relationship between typhoid fever and arthralgia in the book,and their drug use ideas are similar overall.Shu Jiao Gui wine in Huangdi Neijing also reflects the idea of treating bi with Xin SAN Wen Tong,but Shu Jiao GUI wine is used externally after acupuncture,with the effect of acupuncture to aid medicine.Shang Han Za Bing Lun puts forward the method of treating rheumatism with perspiration,and different formulas were used according to the clinical manifestations of the disease.In addition,Zhang Zhongjing proposed a calendar festival disease.Zhang Zhongjing treated argitis with various drugs,focusing on harmonizing Yingwei and supplementing temperature Yang.The prescription in Zhou Hou Bei Ji Fang is composed of two kinds of medicine,using blood-activating drugs to treat Bi syndrome.It was the first drug to rub the skin to treat arthralgia.Sun Simiao’s treatment of BI syndrome pays attention to divergence and supplement.He pays attention to tonifying liver,kidney and Yin and Yang.In addition,he first put forward the theory that heat toxicity caused calendar festival,which enriched and perfected the content of calendar festival disease.Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang pays attention to the care of the Yin of liver and kidney in the treatment of BI syndrome,and its prescriptions are mainly tonic drugs.The variety of prescriptions in Yuan He Ji Yong Jing reflects the diversity of the treatment methods of bi in Tang Dynasty.The prescription in Xian Shou Li Shang Xu Duan Mi Fang is used for healing bones,invigorating qi and replenishing blood,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.The characteristics of this medication objectively promote the doctors’ understanding of the relationship between blood stasis and BI syndrome and the application of the method of invigorating blood circulation and removing blood stasis in BI syndrome.Conclusion:1.The theory of Bi syndrome in Huang Di Nei Jing has initially formed a system,and then doctors combined their own clinical practice to explain the theory of Bi syndrome,forming a new theoretical cognition,but because of different understanding angles,some theories are repeated,but on the whole,the theory of Bi syndrome before the Song Dynasty has been continuously enriched and developed.2.From the overall point of view,the treatment of Bi syndrome before the Song Dynasty paid attention to the use of deficiency drugs,followed by the combination of drugs such as relieving surface and warming li according to clinical manifestations.This phenomenon reflects the characteristics of flexible treatment of arthralgia by doctors before Song Dynasty.3.In the Qin and Han dynasties,various medical records used sweating and dredging as the main prescription for the treatment of BI syndrome,and the theory was continuously refined and deepened.During the period of Wei,Jin,Sui and Tang dynasties,the prescription for curing Bi gradually appeared,which was characterized by tonifying liver and kidney and carrying qi and blood.On the basis of inheriting the experience of predecessors,doctors constantly bring forth new ideas,and the treatment of BI syndrome is increasingly rich.
