Clinical Study Of Acupuncture Combined With Exercise Therapy For The Treatment Of Shoulder-Hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective: To observe the efficacy of mango acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods: In this study,60 patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Each group was 30 cases.On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the control group was given ordinary acupuncture combined with exercise therapy,and the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with exercise therapy.Treatment once every other day,4 times a week,continuous treatment for 4 weeks.The two groups of patients were graded by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)and shoulder-hand swelling before and after treatment,according to each the score of the scale adopts an appropriate statistical method to compare the intra-group differences before and after treatment and the differences between groups after treatment,and compare and analyse the total efficiency and efficacy of the two groups.Result:1.Before treatment,the baseline data and efficacy evaluation quantitative table of the two groups of patients were compared,and the results showed that the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and comparable.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the VAS score and shoulder-hand swelling of the control group of acupuncture combined with exercise therapy combined with ordinary acupuncture and exercise therapy decreased,and the FMA score was improved.The difference between the two groups was significant,and the two groups were compared after treatment.The results showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was always effectively compared.The results showed that the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mango acupuncture combined with exercise therapy and ordinary acupuncture combined exercise therapy are effective in treating patients with stroke shoulder hand syndrome.2.Compared with the ordinary acupuncture combined exercise therapy,the mango acupuncture combined exercise therapy is more effective in relieving pain,restoring upper limb motor function and reducing oedema.
