Professor Zhou Meisheng’s Knowledge Graph Construction Of Moxibustion In The Treatment Of Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Is Based On Data Mining Technology

Objectives By sorting out the medical records of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF and then using data mining technology and knowledge graph technology as research methods.Then explore Professor Zhou Meisheng’s academic thought of’ heat syndrome moxibustion’,and finally construct Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF knowledge graph.Methods1.Using data mining technology for analysis:Taking Professor Zhou Meisheng’s 205 medical case manuscripts as the research object,WPS Office 2019 and Graphpad Grism8.0 software were used to analyze the general data results,indications,TCM syndrome differentiation,moxibustion frequency and clinical indicators.WPS Office 2019 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the core acupoints,and SPSS Statistics 26.0was used to analyze the law of addition and subtraction with the disease.The knowledge system of Professor Zhou’s moxibustion treatment of EHF was discussed: dialectical thinking,characteristic moxibustion,unique theory,acupoint selection law,core moxibustion prescription,etc.2.The knowledge graph technology was used to construct and analyze Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF knowledge graph: Starting from the relevant manuscripts of Professor Zhou,the system framework of knowledge graph is constructed by referring to the standards of SNOMED,UMLS and TCMLS.The data layer of knowledge graph is formed through knowledge fusion,knowledge representation and other links.The data storage and display of knowledge graph are realized through Neo4 j graph database,and the retrieval and analysis of knowledge graph are carried out by using weight theory.Results1.Data mining analysis of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF TCM diagnosis and treatment.(1)General data analysis: A total of 205 medical records of moxibustion treatment of EHF were collected in this paper.The frequency of medical records involving male patients accounted for 70% of all medical records,144 patients and 61 female patients.All age groups can be affected,with the youngest age of 6 years old and the oldest age of 64 years old,mainly in the 20-40 age group,accounting for 57.07%(117/205).Severe patients accounted for about 46% of all EHF patients,and the proportion of mild and critical patients was similar,each accounting for about 27%.(2)Analysis of indications : In 205 cases of medical records,there were 78 symptoms involved,of which ’aversion to cold’,’fever’,’rash’ and ’irritability’ accounted for 100%,and there were 21 symptoms with a frequency of ≥20%.In terms of tongue quality,there were 78 items of tongue petechiae,63 items of white tongue,58 items of red tongue and 99 items of tongue hypertrophy.In terms of moss quality,dry and dry individuals accounted for 45 % of the top 10 frequencies,thin moss accounted for 18%of the top 10 frequencies,and rough moss accounted for 13% of the top 10 frequencies.In terms of moss color,moss gray and moss white were the main manifestations,accounting for 32% and 30% of the top 10 frequencies,respectively.The pulse conditions with high frequency of occurrence are : pulse number(77 times),pulse fine(74 times),pulse sinking(66 times),pulse weakness(42 times),pulse disease(33 times),pulse astringency(18 times),pulse big(14 times),pulse floating(13 times),pulse deficiency(13 times).(3)Analysis of TCM syndrome differentiation: According to the etiology and pathological nature of epidemic hemorrhagic fever,Professor Zhou Meisheng divides the syndrome differentiation of this disease into six types: yang qi stagnation-spasm not Xuan type,damp heat accumulation steam-meridian block type,damp turbidity internal resistance-heart yang not vibration type,damp heat dryness-yin fluid damage type,heat toxin human camp-wind water dry type and spleen and lung disorders-gasification too type.The etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation are mainly carried out around heat evil.(4)Analysis of the frequency of moxibustion treatment methods: the frequency of fumigation moxibustion using moxibustion frame was 111 times,the frequency of Zhou’s Wanying moxibustion was 42 times,the frequency of fire needle moxibustion was 36 times,and the frequency of Zhou’s blowing moxibustion was 17 times.(5)Analysis of clinical indicators: The average number of days for Professor Zhou Meisheng to use moxibustion to treat EHF was 2.43 days,the average number of days for boosting anti-shock was 2.06 days,the average number of days for the recovery of urinary oliguria was 1.99 days,the average number of days for urine protein negative conversion was 6.34 days,and the average discharge time was 10.28 days.(6)Analysis of core acupoints : A total of 49 acupoints were involved,of which 22 acupoints with frequency ≥30% were: Zhongwan(RN12),Shenshu(BL23),Mingmen(DU4),Zhiyang(DU9),San Yinjiao(SP6),Feishu(BL13),Zu Sanli(ST36),Xiawan(RN10),Shangwan(RN13),Fengchi(GB20),Dazhui(DU14),Liangmen(ST21),Fengmen(BL12),Shou Sanli(LI10),Taiyang(EX-HN5),Quchi(LI11),Xuechou,Geshu(BL17),Tianshu(ST25),Hegu(LI4),Sidu(SJ9),Yin Lingquan(SP9).It can be seen that Renmai acupoints are the most widely used,with a total frequency of 729 times,followed by bladder meridian of foot sun 684 times,stomach meridian of foot yangming 393 times,and governor meridian acupoints 339 times.From the results of association rule analysis,San Yinjiao(SP6)-Zhongwan(RN12)-Feishu(BL13)-Shenshu(BL23)-Zhiyang(DU9)-Mingmen(DU4)and other acupoints have the strongest correlation.(7)Analysis of the law of addition and subtraction with the disease : Based on the system cluster analysis,six effective cluster combinations can be classified according to the ’symptomatic acupoint selection method’: Cluster 1(The group of Expelling wind to relieve superficies,Heat and pain relief),Cluster 2(The group of Expelling wind to relieve superficies,Relieving cough and asthma),Cluster 3(The group of Cleaning up camp and producing body fluid,Relaxing liver and dredging gallbladder),Cluster 4(The group of Nourishing yin liquid and protecting kidney and relieving pain),Cluster 5(The group of Make the chest wide and make the diaphragm smooth,Prevent vomiting and promote eating),Cluster 6(The group of To enable the heart and kidney to connect with each other,So that cause and Yang can be coordinated).2.Data mining analysis of TCM diagnosis and treatment of EHF by Professor Zhou Meisheng with moxibustion.(1)Construction of knowledge graph: According to the purpose of the study,the diagnosis and treatment data of 205 patients were imported into the Neo4 j graph database through Python classification.The entities with 214 nodes and 1248 relationships were constructed around the content of the diagnosis and treatment plan of EHF treated by moxibustion as the data layer of the knowledge graph,and the knowledge graph of EHF treated by moxibustion was preliminarily constructed.(2)Analysis of the overall weight relationship of syndrome types: From the basic weight knowledge graph,the relationship with high correlation of target syndrome types can be obtained according to the known settings,such as the overall relationship network graph of ’wet turbidity internal resistance-heart yang non-vibration type’(top30).(3)Analysis of the weight relationship of syndrome classification: the relationship between syndrome type and tongue image,pulse condition,moxibustion method and acupoint can be searched,such as the relationship network graph of ’syndrome type→pulse condition’(top25).Finally,the visual display and semantic retrieval function of moxibustion treatment EHF knowledge graph are preliminarily realized.Conclusions1.Etiology and pathogenesis: Professor Zhou Meisheng believes that EHF is a widely spread febrile infectious disease.The pathological factors of EHF have two attributes:heat and dampness.Feeling cold evil can also be induced.At the beginning,there may be cold and dampness evil.With the progress of the disease,cold and dampness stagnation will turn into heat.In terms of pathogenesis,heat evil is an important pathogenic factor of EHF.The human body is exogenously infected with pestilence,damp-heat transforming into fire,and blood-heat fighting,thus forming stasis and toxin.Heat evil runs through the course of EHF.In the syndrome differentiation,Professor Zhou Meisheng divided EHF into six types according to the characteristics of heat pathogen growth and decline.2.Principles and methods of governance: Professor Zhou Meisheng believes that moxibustion has a good effect on the treatment of epidemic hemorrhagic fever,which is a strong evidence for the theory of ’Suitable Moxibustion for Heat Syndrome’.Different moxibustion methods should be used for treatment according to the course of EHF,disease syndrome and patient’s constitution.Fumigation moxibustion can be applied to each stage of EHF,with heat-induced heat and mild and effective moxibustion.Point moxibustion pen moxibustion is suitable for young aging,weak EHF patients;fire needle instead of moxibustion can strongly reduce fire toxin and relieve pain quickly to treat symptoms.Blowing moxibustion achieves the therapeutic effect of moxibustion’warm diarrhea’,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of five senses symptoms.3.The characteristics of acupoint selection: Using data mining and knowledge map technology to analyze the core acupoints of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF and the law of addition and subtraction with symptoms.’Select acupoints according to symptoms’ is the main acupoint selection idea of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF.’Acupoint Selection Method Based on Visceral Syndrome Differentiation’,’Dumai acupoint selection method’ and ’Areas of general sunlight acupoint selection method’ complement each other,which together constitute the acupoint selection system of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s moxibustion treatment of EHF and expand the connotation of Professor Zhou Meisheng’s ’Suitable Moxibustion for Heat Syndrome’ theory.4.Construction and analysis of knowledge graph: The knowledge graph of syndrome type and classification can clearly show the relationship between syndrome type and symptoms,tongue image,pulse image,moxibustion or,and analyze the internal etiology and pathogenesis and treatment rules,which can fully show Professor Zhou Meisheng’s academic thought of moxibustion in the treatment of EHF ’Suitable Moxibustion for Heat Syndrome’.By selecting knowledge graph as the carrier of TCM diagnosis and treatment knowledge,combing and storing the explicit knowledge in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of famous and old TCM doctors,combining data mining technology or other reasoning methods,and exploring the tacit knowledge of famous and old TCM doctors in diagnosis and treatment,it is possible to make the tacit knowledge explicit and visualized in the knowledge system of syndrome differentiation and treatment of famous and old TCM doctors.
