Observation Of Spleen-Kidney Double Supplement Zanyu Fang Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Male Infertility With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:The clinical effect of spleen-kidney double supplement combined with acupuncture in the treatment of male infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency was observed,and the advantages of this treatment method in the treatment of male infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency were preliminarily confirmed.So as to provide experimental basis and reference for its TCM treatment,better applied to clinical.Methods:From January 2022 to October 2022,80 patients with male infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency from the outpatient of the Andrology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and acupuncture group(both 40 cases).The Chinese medicine group was given spleen and kidney double supplement Zanyu Fang decoction,and the needle medicine group was acupunctured on the basis of the Chinese medicine group.The study period was 12 weeks,and the semen parameters,DFI index and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment of the two groups were recorded and compared,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the basic data of the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of the injection group(87.5%)was higher than that in the traditional Chinese medicine group(75.0%)(P<0.05).2.The TCM syndrome score,semen routine parameters and sperm DFI of the two groups were reduced compared with before treatment(P<0.05).3.The TCM symptom score,forward motile sperm,total motility and DFI levels in the acupuncture group were lower than those in the TCM group(P<0.05).4.In the injection group,4 patients’ spouses were pregnant at the end of the study and 3patients’ spouses were pregnant at follow-up,with a pregnancy rate of 17.5%;In the traditional Chinese medicine group,no spouse pregnancy was found at the end of the study,and 2 patients were pregnant at follow-up,with a pregnancy rate of 5%.Conclusion:Spleen-kidney double supplement combination with acupuncture has a good clinical effect on male infertility patients with spleen and kidney deficiency,which can reduce TCM syndrome points,increase semen concentration,forward movement of sperm,improve semen volume and reduce high levels of DFI.It suggests that the combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of male infertility with spleen and kidney deficiency.
