Leifeng Disease Theory When The Academic Characteristic And The Regularity Of The Disease When Treatment Drug Research

Objective: This study summarized the academic characteristics of Leifeng in the treatment of Leifeng in the treatment of diseases,and studied the prescription medication rules of Leifeng in the treatment of diseases through data mining technology,in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods: 1.Taking "Theory of Disease of Time" as the main research object,referring to the literature materials related to "Theory of Disease of Time",using the method of literature collation,the reading and comparison of "Theory of Disease of Time" and its related literature were carried out to sort out and summarize the academic origin of "Theory of Disease of Time";According to the literature,summarize the academic characteristics of "Theory of Time Disease".2.Using the method of data mining,a total of 166 prescriptions were sorted out according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of60 prescriptions and 106 standby prescriptions,and the prescription database of "Theory of Chronopathy" was constructed.(1)Basic characteristics such as drug frequency,sex and taste were summarized with Office2013,and treatment methods were summarized.(2)Cluster analysis: The analysis module of SPSS 22.0 software was used for cluster analysis,cluster tree was drawn,and commonly used drug combinations were summarized.(3)Association rule analysis: IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 algorithm for Apriori was used for binomial and triadic association rule analysis.Results: 1.Academic origin.He inherited Xin ’an Medical Science and drew on hundreds of schools of medicine.Combined with his clinical experience,he established a system of differentiation and treatment of external diseases,which was based on time proof and body discrimination legislation.2.Academic features of "Theory of Time Disease".(1)Characteristics of the name of the disease.The names of diseases in the book are divided into seasons,reflecting the characteristics of "knowing the time";(2)Distinguishing features of pathogenesis.It includes the Double Fifth luck,the four solar terms,new sensation and Fu Qi and the discussion on the connotation and epitaxy of Fu Qi,distinguishing typhoid fever and febrility,"febrility" and "plague".(3)Characteristics of syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.Including discerning constitution,heavy tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,highlighting zang-fu syndrome differentiation;(4)Characteristics of treatment methods and prescriptions.Law substitute prescription,use light spirit,good use of pairs,fresh medicine and drug introduction;(5)Characteristics of medical records.He is good at distinguishing constitution and treating bad syndrome,preventing and treating food and recovering cases.(6)Advocating good medical ethics and medical ethics.3.Data analysis results showed that(1)frequency and frequency of traditional Chinese medicine,in 164 prescriptions,30 medicines had frequency of ≧10 times,among which licorice,ginger,tangerine peel,poria cocos,pinellia pinellia and magnolia officinalis ranked the top 6;(2)TCM flavor and meridian conversion,a total of 213 TCM were used in 164 prescriptions.(1)The first 3 TCM properties were warm,cold and calm;(2)According to the occurrence frequency of drug flavor,occinotropic,sweet and bitter drugs appeared the most frequently;(3)Drug channel classification was ranked by frequency of occurrence,ranking lung,spleen,stomach,heart,liver and kidney top 6.(3)The distribution of Radix Medica pairs,the first 10 groups were glycyrrhiza,ginger,tangerine peel,glycyrrhiza,licorice,poria,glycyrrhiza,atractyloides,glycyrrhiza,pinellia,tangerine peel,ginger,ginger,jujube,glycyrrhiza,radix scutellariae,glycyrrhiza and ginseng;(4)In the analysis of association rules of traditional Chinese medicine,the confidence levels of ginger and jujube,tangerine peel and Perilla,magnolia officinalis and patchouli,paeony and cassia twig,ginger and cassia twig,ginger and Perilla,pinellia pinellia and patchouli,tangerine peel and patchouli,parsnip and radix echinacea were high.The top 10 groups in the three association rule analysis were white peony root,cassia twig + jujube,pinellia pinellia,jujube cocos,tangerine peel,Perilla + platycodon,jujube,radix astragalus + ginger,cassia twig + jujube,ginger,white peony root + jujube,ginger,white peony root + jujube,ginger,radix scutellariae +jujube,ginger,radix ginseng + jujube,ginger,ginseng + pinellia pinellia,ginger,magnolia officinalis + jujube.(5)Complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,the core drugs were pinellia pinellia,tangerine peel,poria cocos,atractylodes atractylodes,ginger,licorice,jujube;(6)Traditional Chinese medicine system clustering,C1: Ligusticum ligusticum,ephedra,C2: Coptis chinensis,rhubarb,xylobalm,talc,C3:Aconite,dried ginger,cinnamon,C4: Radix astragalus,Bupleurum bupleurum,grass fructus sinensis,Radix angelica,Radix scutellariae,C5: cassia twigs,Radix Paeoniae,C6: parsnout,Radix Qiang,C7: platycodon platycodon,Perilla Perilla,Radix bitter almond,C8: Radix atractylodes,Radix ginseng,C9: Radix atractylodes Forsythia,bamboo leaves,raw land,ophiopogon ophiopogon,gypsum,C10: ginger,jujube,C11:Poria cocos,Pinellia pinellia,C12: Magnolia officinalis,patchouli,atractylode,tangerine peel and other 12 groups of drug combination.Conclusion:1.Lei Feng inherited his academic theory from Xin’an medical practitioner,and his father learned from Cheng Zhitian,a famous doctor in Xin ’an,indicating that Xin’an Medical School played a foundational role in Lei Feng’s academic learning.At the same time,Lei Feng inherited the academic characteristics of Xin ’an Cheng’s medical views integrating various theories.He was able to inherit the Huangdi Neijing,the Treatise on the Cold in Chinese literature,and draw on the strengths of other schools of thought.2.On Diseases of Time has distinct academic features.The names of diseases in the book are divided into seasons,reflecting the characteristics of "knowing the time";Features of pathogenesis analysis: including the Double Five Transport six Qi,four solar terms,new sensation and latent Qi and the connotation and extension of chronic disease,latent qi theory can be applied to internal injuries and complicated diseases,and the relationship between "typhoid fever" and "febrile disease","febrile disease" and "febrile epidemic disease" are analyzed.Syndrome differentiation and diagnostic features include: good at constitution differentiation,heavy tongue diagnosis,pulse diagnosis,highlighting zang-fu syndrome differentiation,etc.;Treatment and prescription characteristics: law substitute prescriptions,prescription drugs vary with disease and syndrome,prefer to use fresh drugs,pay attention to the use of drugs;Characteristic analysis of medical records,good at treating bad syndrome by mistake,good at discriminating constitution in clinical treatment,pay attention to prevention and treatment of food recovery;Advocate good medical ethics.3.Through the data mining of the prescriptions contained in "Theory of Time Diseases",it can be seen that the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by Rei’s is not limited to cold temperature,but attaches equal importance to cold temperature in medication;In the treatment of external disease,do not forget to strengthen the spleen and stomach;Spleen and stomach drugs are mainly used for dampness and spleen invigorating drugs and tonifying spleen and stomach drugs.
