| Research objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,the clinical study could provide new treatment ideas for clinical treatment of cancer-related fatigue,so as to improve the fatigue degree and quality of life of cancer patients.Research methods:A total of 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment such as nutritional support,sleep improvement,pain relief and antiemetic.Besides routine symptomatic treatment as the control group,the observation group was given Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction.The changes of fatigue scale score,KPS score,TCM(spleen and stomach qi deficiency)syndrome score before and after treatment,as well as the changes of peripheral WBC,HB,ALB were observed.And other laboratory indexes for safety evaluation,like liver and kidney function,were recorded too.Results:In the study,one case was lost in each of the two groups due to the epidemic situation,and there were 29 subjects in the control group and the observation group included in the study.The results showed that the decrease of fatigue scale score and TCM syndrome score,as well as the increase of KPS score and ALB in the observation group given traditional Chinese medicine were better than those in the control group,there were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).But the improvement of HB and WBC was not obvious,and there was no statistical significance compared with the control group.Conclusion:Qizhu Fuzheng Decoction can improve TCM syndrome,the symptoms of fatigue and nutritional indicators such as ALB in CRF patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency,improve the functional status and quality of life of patients,and has good safety. |
