Objective:To compare the curative effect of the treatment of spasmodic hemiplegia after stroke with the treatment of the needling with the conventional needling.Method:Seventy eligible patients were divided equally into a treatment group and a control group by a completely randomized design. Both groups were given conventional medical treatment for secondary prevention of stroke, with the treatment group given milliacupuncture and the control group given conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated every two days, three times a week;the control group was treated six times a week,on the first day of the following week, for a total of three weeks. The MAS scale,ADL scale and FMA scale were used to score the two groups before and after treatment, and statistical analysis was performed to compare the differences in efficacy between the two groups.Result:A total of 70 patients were included in this study,of which 3 patients were discharged due to incomplete sessions, including 2 in the treatment group and 1 in the control group,so they were not included in the statistical analysis. Finally,a total of 67 patients completed clinical treatment, including 33 in the treatment group and 34 in the control group. There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of gender, age, disease duration, modified MAS score,ADL score and simple FMA score before treatment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.When compared within the group before and after treatment, the differences in modified MAS score,ADL score and simple FMA score were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Between the two groups after treatment, the differences in modified MAS score and simple FMA scores were statistically significant(P<0.05).4.According to the MAS efficacy evaluation criteria, the difference in clinical efficiency between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 81.81%,and that of the control group was 73.53%.Conclusion : 1.both the millifire needle retention acupuncture method and the conventional acupuncture method can improve the degree of limb spasticity and improve the ability of daily living and limb motor function in patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia.2.the two methods are comparable in terms of improving the ability of daily living in patients with post-stroke spastic hemiplegia. In terms of improving the degree of limb spasticity and limb motor function, the milli-fire needle retention method was superior to conventional acupuncture.
