Objective:By observing the safety and effectiveness of the treatment of migraine with hyperactivity of liver-yang syndrome by the method of cool-producing needling, this paper discusses its advantages in improving the symptoms of migraine, provides new ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of migraine based on syndrome differentiation, and provides clinical evidence for the expansion and application of the traditional acupuncture reinforcing and reducing method of cool-producing needling.Methods:60 migraine patients with hyperactivity of liver yang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The acupuncture points were Baihui,Jiaosun,Xunzhong,Taixi and Xingjian. The treatment group was treated with the method of coolproducing needling at the point of Xunzhong, while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, both of which were treated for 2 courses. The total score of headache symptoms, visual analog score and total score of TCM syndromes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded, and the scores were statistically analyzed after treatment, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the course of disease, age, sex, total score of headache symptoms,VAS score, and total score of TCM syndromes before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),which could be compared in the next step.2.After the treatment, count the total score of headache symptoms,VAS score and total score of TCM syndromes of the two groups for intra-group comparison The results showed that both of them were decreased(P<0.05),indicating that the cool-producing needling and ordinary acupuncture can effectively improve the headache symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients;Comparison between groups showed that the scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the method of cool-producing needling was better than the ordinary acupuncture in improving the headache symptoms and TCM syndromes of patients.3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.66%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.In terms of the overall effective rate, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the method of cool-producing needling on migraine with hyperactivity of liver yang was better than that of the ordinary acupuncture method.Conclusion:1.Both cool-producing needling method and ordinary acupuncture method can relieve the pain symptoms of migraine patients with hyperactivity of liver yang syndrome, and have certain clinical effects, and cool-producing needling method has more advantages than ordinary acupuncture.2.It is safe and effective to treat migraine caused by hyperactivity of liver yang with the method of cool-producing needling, which can be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
