Objective:Data mining technology was used to make a statistical analysis of the clinical data of traditional Chinese medicine master Professor Han Mingxiang in the treatment of primary headache, and to dig out the diagnosis and treatment ideas and medication rules of Professor Han in the treatment of primary headache,so as to further improve the traditional Chinese medicine system for the treatment of primary headache and guide the clinic.Method:Data and information of patients with primary headache who visited Professor Han Mingxiang from September 2020 to December 2022 were collected, and 102 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were screened out, with a total of 255 visits.By using the platform of "Clinical medical Record Acquisition System V3.1" and "Clinical medical record Processing System V3.1" provided by the Information Center of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,a database was established on the collected patient information and statistical mining and analysis was carried out.According to the results of statistical mining and visual display map,Professor Han’s experience and academic thoughts on diagnosis and treatment of primary headache were summarized.Results:1.Basic information Statistical results:Among the 102 patients, which aged 51-60 years were the most, included in this study, female patients accounted for the majority, about 2.5 times that of male patients.2.Statistical results of the four diagnostic information of TCM:Among the 255 diagnostic times, more than 15 of the symptoms were: headache, irritability, dizziness, insomnia, poor appetite, nausea, aversion to cold, fatigue, fear of cold, loose stool, bitter mouth, sore waist and knee, chest tightness, night sweats, astringent eyes, cough, abdominal distension, and aversion to wind;A total of 16 kinds of tongue appeared, the higher frequency is: thin white, pale red tongue, red tongue, white greasy, yellow;A total of 13 kinds of pulse appeared, the high frequency is: pulse chord, pulse floating, pulse sinking chord, pulse floating number, pulse encrusting number.3.Statistical results of prescription drugs:157 TCM were used in 255 visits, and 30 TCM were used more than 40 times:Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Angelica angelica,Radix Angelicae,Radix bupleurum,Scutellaria scutellariae,Angelica sinensis,Parsnax,Schizonax Nepeta,Peony bark,Radix paeoniae,Gastrodia gastrodia,Fructus jasminae,Rhizome, ginger pinellia,Poria poria, turmeric, alacia bark,Fu Shen, white art, ligusticus,Ungua vine,Astragalus membranaceus,Radix cystis codonopsis,Tribulus tribulus,Fructus codonopsis,Fructus tribulus,Prunus sinensis.157 herbs can be divided into 18 categories according to the classification of drug efficacy. The top six drugs with the highest frequency of use were:dispelling surface drugs, supplementing deficiency drugs, clearing heat drugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, calming liver and quenching wind drugs, and qi-regulating drugs.According to the analysis of nature, taste and meridian of the drugs used by Professor Han in the treatment of primary headache, the drugs that are pungent, bitter, warm and peaceful and belong to the lung and liver are often used.4.Statistical results of association rules and cluster analysis:According to the analysis table of high-frequency drug association rules and cluster analysis tree, the following drug combinations commonly used by Professor Han in treating primary headache were obtained:(1)Ligusticum Chuanxiong,Angelica Dahurica, asarum, tangerine peel and licorice, with the effects of expelling wind and removing cold, relieving qi and relieving pain;(2)Schizonepeta,Parsnips,Qiang live, scutellaria scutellaria,Rehmannia, turmeric, with the effects of dispelling wind and clearing heat, activating blood and relieving pain;(3)Bupleurum bupleurum,Angelica sinensis,Paeoniae paeoniae, peony bark, gardenia, with the effects of soothing the liver and relieving depression, clearing heat and passing menstrual passage;(4)Pinellia pinellia, atractyloides atractyloides, codonopsis codonopsis, poria codonopsis, with the effects of spleen and dampness removal, phlegm and collaterals;(5)Gastrodia elata,Unguteng, cassia and Tribulus tribulus, with the effects of calming liver and quenching wind, promoting blood circulation and relieving pain.5.The results of the network of core prescriptions:a core prescription was obtained: Schizonepeta, parsniformis,Radix ligustici, ligustici ligustici,Rhizoma ligustici,Radix asarum,Radix bupleurum,Angelica sinensis,Radix Paeoniae, gardenia gardenia, peony peel,Pinellia pinellia,Gastrodia elata,Radix tangerine peel, turmeric,Fu Shen, albizia peel,Poria,Radix scutellariae,Radix rehmanniae, licorice. Conclusion:According to the data mining technology, the experience of Professor Han Mingxiang,a Chinese medical master,in treating primary headache was explored as follows:Professor Han believed that wind evil ran through the whole course of headache;Phlegm stasis is an important pathological factor of headache.Qi deficiency is the basis of intrinsic disease. In terms of treatment,Professor Han argues that eliminating wind evil is the key, remov ing external wind and extinguishing internal wind should be the main idea of treating he adache;Replenishing Zhengqi, removing phlegm and blood stasis,Zhengqi stored in,ev il can not be dried, wind, cold, dampness evil without invading the human body;Remov e phlegm and blood stasis, dredge meridians, nutrients can reach the brain, accordingly, headache intractable disease can go.According to the complex network diagram,Profes sor Han’s core prescription for the treatment of primary headache can be seen that the ba sic idea is to smooth the liver and dispel wind, promote blood and relieve pain.
