Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Paitong Huazheng Tang On Hepatolenticular Degeneration With Damp-heat Accumulation

Objectives:This topic selects Paitong Huazheng Decoction combined with western medicine reduced glutathione and zinc to treat patients with hepatolenticular degeneration with damp-heat accumulation,and observes the clinical efficacy of this treatment method,in order to provide more evidence support for the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and better play the advantages of Chinese medicine.Methods:Sixty patients with hepatolenticular degeneration were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The control group received routine treatment,including zinc and reduced glutathione,while the observation group received Paitong Huazheng Decoction on this basis.Both groups received 4 weeks of treatment.Through the comparison of treatment courses,we found that the total clinical efficacy,GAS scale score,TCM syndrome score,24-hour urine copper,liver enzyme function(ALT,AST) and liver fibrosis index(type IV collagen,hyaluronic acid,type III procollagen)of the two groups were different.Therefore,we will analyze the changes of these indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions in detail.Results:1.Evaluation of the total clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of Paitong Huazheng Decoction group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of western medicine group alone(73.3%);The two schemes are effective in the treatment of hepatolenticular degeneration with damp-heat accumulation,and the total clinical effect of Paitong Huazheng Decoction group is better than that of western medicine group alone,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the TCM syndrome score of the Paitong Huazheng Decoction group after treatment was better than that of the western medicine group alone,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of GAS scale scores: the GAS scores of both groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment,the GAS score of Paitong Huazheng Decoction group was better than that of western medicine group alone,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).4.24 h urine copper change: after treatment,the 24 h urine copper excretion increased in both groups compared with that before treatment,and the improvement in the Paitong Huazheng Decoction group was better than that of western medicine group alone,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Changes in liver enzymatic indexes:after treatment,the level of liver function indicators in both groups decreased,and the indicators in the Paitong Huazheng Decoction group after treatment were better than those in the western medicine group alone,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).6.Changes in liver fibrosis indexes: after treatment,the indexes of liver fibrosis in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes in the Paitong Huazheng Decoction group were better than those in the western medicine group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Drug safety: There were no abnormalities in the safety indicators monitored by the two groups of patients,and the patients showed fewer adverse reactions.There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The treatment scheme of Paitong Huazheng Decoction combined with western medicine has the effect of protecting the liver and removing copper,improving nerve function damage,and alleviating the condition of patients with hepatolenticular degeneration due to damp-heat accumulation,with good curative effect.2.Paitong Huazheng Decoction has good drug safety,less adverse reactions,and is feasible and worthy of promotion.
