| Objective:In this study, the expression of serine-rich arginine splicing factor 7(SRSF7)after non-small cell lung cancer surgery was detected by immunohistochemical method, and the relationship between the expression of this gene and the postoperative clinical parameters of patients was analyzed,so as to provide a new idea for the diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer and provide a new direction for its treatment. Methods:In this study, patients who underwent surgery in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Central Hospital of Baoding City,Hebei Province from April 2019 to June 2022 were selected, and the diseased tissue was sent to pathology and confirmed to be non-small cell lung cancer after testing, and after screening by inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, explaining the situation to patients and their families, and obtaining informed consent from patients and their families,53 patients were finally selected, and the general data of patients(gender, age, smoking history, tumor size, whether there was lymph node metastasis),laboratory data(carcinoembryonic antigen,neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio),pathological data(the Department of Pathology of our hospital will collect specimens for testing, and the pathological results will be staged according to the 8th edition of the non-small cell lung cancer staging standard),etc.According to the immunohistochemical staining method, the patients were divided into SRSF7 positive expression group and negative expression group, and the expression of SRSF7 in the patient’s cancer tissue and its statistical significance with the postoperative clinical characteristics of the patient were analyzed by chi-square test and t-test,and multivariate Logisitic regression analysis and Spearman correlation analysis were used to explore the correlation between SRSF7 expression and clinical data. The difference in P<0.05 was statistically significant. Results:Studies have shown that SRSF7 is not positively expressed in all cancerous tissues. There was no significant difference between expression and gender, age, smoking history, tumor size and histopathological classification, expression of tumor marker carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(mid-leaching NLR)(P>0.05),and significantly with TNM stage and whether lymph node metastasis was present(P<0.05).Multivariate Logisitic regression analysis showed that the later TNM staging, the presence of lymph node metastasis was an independent risk factor for positive expression of SRSF7(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that SRSF7 expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusions:The expression of SRSF7 in non-small cell lung cancer was independent of the sex, age, smoking history, tumor size, histopathological classification, carcinoembryonic antigen and mid-leaching ratio of patients, and was related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer, and the later TNM stage, the presence of lymph node metastasis was an independent risk factor for SRSF7-positive expression.SRSF7 expression was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis. |
