Objective:This project compares the changes of TCM syndrome scores and Reflux diagnostic questionnaire scores before and after treatment with Banxia Xiexin Jiawei Prescription and Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(Cold and hot mixed type),and provides a reference for treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:In this study,Sixty-six patients who met the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease(Cold and hot mixed)were selected from Cangzhou Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital of Hebei Province(2021.10-2022.10).Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into controlled trials and divided into Chinese medicine group and western medicine group. The Chinese medicine group was given Banxia Xiexin Jiawei Prescription Chinese medicine granules(1 bag, orally, twice a day); The western medicine group was given rabeprazole sodium enteric-coated tablets(10mg,orally,once a day)for a total of 6 weeks.Give targeted advice according to the patient’s diet and living habits. The TCM syndrome score,RDQ score, number of relapses, number of adverse reactions, and effective number of treatment were statistically analyzed before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin Jiawei Prescription and in the treatment of GERD were tested.Results:1.Basic observation indicators:there was no conspicuous discrepancy in sex, age,BMI and Gerd Q scores between the two groups were compared, and the P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.RDQ score:The RDQ score of both groups decreased through treatment,P<0.05,the difference was meaningful. The RDQ score of patients was reduced in both the Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group, and the effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the Western medicine group.3.TCM single symptom score:After treatment, the TCM single symptom score of the two groups decreased,P<0.05,the difference was meaningful. The single symptoms were compared between the groups, among which only loss of appetite and fatigue P>0.05,and the effect was similar between the two groups, and the rest of the items were P<0.05,which was significantly different, and the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group.4.TCM syndrome score:The TCM syndrome score of the two groups was compared with P<0.05 in the group before and after treatment, which was significantly different. After treatment,P<0.05 was a significant difference, and the effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the Western medicine group.5.Compared with the efficacy of TCM symptoms:After intervention, the total effective rate was 93.33%in the Chinese medicine group, the overall effective rate of the Western medicine group was 76.67%,and the P<0.05by Chi-square test was statistically significant, indicating that the efficacy of the Chinese medicine group was better.6.Compared with the efficacy of RDQ points:the total effective rate was 96.7%in the Chinese medicine group; The total effective rate was73.3%in the western medicine group, and the total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group, and the difference was statistically significant by x~2=8.206,P=0.032 and P<0.05 by chi-square test, which proved that the effect of the Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group.7.Safety:After the completion of treatment in the two groups, vital signs(blood pressure, breathing, body temperature, pulse),blood routine, urine routine, stool routine, liver function, kidney function and electrocardiogram were all normal results, indicating the safety of this study.8.Relapse rate:After the end of treatment,follow-up visits are performed every two weeks for 1 month.2 out of 28 effective people in the Chinese medicine group relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 7.1%,and 7 out of 23 effective people in the western medicine group relapsed, with a recurrence rate of 30.4%.Conclusions:Both the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group can improve the clinical symptoms and Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(cold and heat mixed type),and the effect of the Chinese medicine group is better than that of the western medicine group, and the recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group is lower than that of the western medicine group.
