Objective:Through clinical research, this topic observes the curative effect of scalp acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of post-stroke dysphagia(PSD),and explores the clinical promotion value of scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS in the treatment of PSD.Methods:A total of 105 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from September 2021 to January 2023,who were hospitalized in the Department of Neurological Rehabilitation,Department of Orthopedics,Cangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Hebei Province. The patients were divided into three groups according to random number table method:rTMS group, scalp acupuncture group and scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS group, with 35 patients in each group.Three groups of patients were given routine neurology and rehabilitation treatment according to the rehabilitation evaluation. On the basis of routine neurology and rehabilitation treatment, each group was treated with scalp acupuncture,rTMS,and scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS.The treatment frequency was 1 time/day,6 times/week,and a total of 4weeks.The basic data of the three groups of patients and the score of the evaluation scale before and after treatment were carefully recorded. Before and after treatment, the latency of water swallowing test(WST),Rosenbek leakage/aspiration scale(PAS),motor evoked potential(MEP)and video fluoroscopic swallowing(VFSS)were recorded, and the data were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:1.Compared with the general data of the three groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05)and was comparable. Before treatment, the WST score,PAS score,MEP latency time and VFSS score of the three groups were comparable, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);After treatment, the WST score and PAS score of the three groups were lower than those before treatment, the MEP latency time was shorter, and the VFSS score was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The results of comparison among the three groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference in WST score,PAS score,MEP latency time and VFSS score between rTMS group and scalp acupuncture group after treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference between rTMS group and scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS group, scalp acupuncture group and scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS group(P<0.05);2.In this study, the effective rate of scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS in treating PSD was 94.3%,the effective rate of rTMS in treating PSD was 82.9%,and the effective rate of scalp acupuncture in treating PSD was65.8%,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Scalp acupuncture,rTMS and scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of PSD,and the efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS is better than that of scalp acupuncture alone or rTMS.2.Compared with the treatment of PSD with scalp acupuncture or rTMS alone, scalp acupuncture combined with rTMS can better improve the symptoms of patients’ cough and reduce the occurrence of complications.
