Objective Through Tans-theoretical model of nursing intervention combined with functional exercise in patients undergoing permanent artificial pacemaker implantation,to analyze the effects of cross theoretical model on the compliance of functional exercise, shoulder joint comprehensive function and quality of life of patients after permanent artificial pacemaker operation, and to seek suitable methods of functional exercise for patients after permanent artificial pacemaker operation,to provide a certain reference for functional exercise of patients after permanent pacemaker operation. Methods All patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implantation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from September 2020 to September2021 were selected as the research objects, and the patients meeting the research criteria were randomly divided into the routine group(n=37)and the intervention group(n=37).After obtaining the informed consent of the patients,The general data, behavioral stage change assessment scale, comprehensive assessment of shoulder joint function and quality of life questionnaire were completed 1 day before surgery. The routine group received routine nursing before and after surgery for a total of 6 months.Bedside face-to-face intervention was performed before discharge, and wechat follow-up was performed 6 times within 6 months after discharge. On the basis of routine nursing, the intervention group combined with the cross-theoretical model of nursing intervention mode, carried out face-to-face intervention on the first day after the operation and the day of discharge, and telephone wechat intervention once a month within 6 months after discharge,a total of 8 times. The outpatient review time of patients in both groups was 1,3 and 6 months after surgery. The behavioral stage change assessment scale, patient shoulder function exercise compliance scale, comprehensive evaluation table of shoulder function and quality of life questionnaire were filled in the outpatient review of patients in both groups at 1,3 and 6 months after surgery. The two groups were compared in terms of behavioral stage change, comprehensive function of shoulder joint, compliance of functional exercise and quality of life, and the intervention effects were compared.Results1.There were no statistically significant differences in general information between the routine group and the intervention group(P>0.05),and no statistically significant differences in behavioral stage change, shoulder joint comprehensive function and quality of life before intervention(P>0.05).2.Comparison of behavioral stage changes between the two groups,1,3 and 6 months after surgery, there was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).3.The comparison of shoulder functional exercise compliance between the two groups showed that there was no statistical significance in compliance between the two groups1 month after surgery(P>0.05),and the compliance rates of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group 3 and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).4.Comparison of the comprehensive evaluation and exercise of shoulder function between the two groups, there was no statistical significance in the comparison of shoulder activity function between the two groups 1 month after surgery(P>0.05),and the scores of shoulder activity function in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group 3 and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05);The daily living ability score of intervention group was significantly higher than that of routine group at 1,3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 6 months after operation, the pain score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).5.The quality of life of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group at 1,3 and 6 months after surgery, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the conventional group, the nursing intervention mode in the intervention group combined with the cross-theoretical model can improve the shoulder function exercise compliance, shoulder mobility function and daily living ability of patients undergoing permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation, relieve the pain of the operative limb, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
