| PurposeOvarian tumor are common gynecological diseases in women, and surgery is usually recommended for patients who fail to respond to conservative treatment or have tumor larger than 5cm in diameter.Among them, for women of childbearing age,the surgical treatment of ovarian tumor should fully consider the protection of ovarian function.Recently, the commonly used surgical treatment is laparoscopic ovarian tumor excision. At the same time, laparoendoscopic single-site surgery has been gradually applied in recent years, and the concept of rapid surgical rehabilitation has gradually been understood by domestic doctors. The purpose of this paper is to explore the safety of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery combined with ERAS(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery)in the treatment of ovarian tumor, and explore its feasibility combined with effects science,so as to provide valuable reference for the selection of surgical methods for ovarian tumor.MethodsClinical data of 114 patients with benign ovarian tumor who underwent surgical treatment in the department of Gynecology of our hospital from June 1st 2018 to June 1st 2022 were retrospectively selected, and were divided into experimental group(n=54)and control group(n=60).The experimental group underwent single-port laparoscopic surgery and the control group underwent porous laparoscopic surgery. The management methods of patients were all in accordance with ERAS concept.Intraoperative blood loss, tumor rupture rate, operation duration, hospital stay, complication rate, hospital cost and postoperative pain score were compared between the two groups, and long-term follow-up was conducted for postoperative incision aesthetics.ResultsThere was no difference in the general data between the experimental group and the control group,so the study was comparable. The 6h postoperative pain score, tumor rupture rate, length of stay and incision aesthetics score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Operation duration and hospitalization cost of experimental group were higher than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complication rate, postoperative pain score 24h and postoperative pain score 48h between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The combination of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery with ERAS is safe in the treatment of ovarian tumor. The operation time is higher than that of porous laparoscopic surgery, and the tumor rupture rate is significantly reduced. The increase in the operation time may be related to the unproficiency of the surgical instruments and methods in the earlier single-port operation.2.The hospitalization post of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, because the price of single-port was relatively high at the present stage. After removing the single-hole port cost, the average hospitalization cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the hospitalization cost would further decrease after the single-hole port price was reduced.3.The postoperative incision of laparoendoscopic single-site surgery is more beautiful and the postoperative pain is weaker, which fits the requirements of modern women for surgery, improves their satisfaction, and can be further popularized in clinical practice. |
