Objective:To observe the curative effect of the treatment of hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction with the combination of the posterior oblique line of vertex-temporal cluster needling method and conventional acupuncture, and to study the impact of this treatment on the patient’s sensory function, ability of daily living, and the degree of numbness, providing a new idea for clinical treatment of hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction. Methods:From December 2021 to December 2022,62 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction were selected from the outpatient clinic of the First acupuncture and moxibustion Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.According to the random number table method, they were divided into two groups, the control group and the treatment group, with 31 patients in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, with GV26,HT1,PC6,LU5,SI3,BL40,GB39,and SP6 as the main points. The treatment group was treated with a combination of posterior oblique line of vertex-temporal cluster needling and conventional acupuncture. After every 6 days of treatment, take a rest for 1 day,and take 7 days as a course of treatment, with a total of 2 courses of treatment. The changes in the Fugl-Meyer sensory function score,Activities of Daily Living score, and numbness Visual Analogue Scale score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.SPSS25.0 software was used to statistically analyze the data and compare the improvement of sensory function and daily living ability as well as the reduction of numbness in the two groups of patients to determine the clinical efficacy.Results:1、After treatment, statistical analysis was conducted on the data within the two groups. The Fugl-Meyer sensory function score and Activities of Daily Living score of patients in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups of acupuncture methods can promote the recovery of sensory function and improvement of daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction; The numbness Visual Analogue Scale score of numbness in both groups was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),indicating that both groups of acupuncture methods can reduce the degree of numbness in patients.2、After treatment, statistical analysis was conducted on the data between the two groups. There was a difference in the Fugl-Meyer sensory function score,Activities of Daily Living score, and numbness Visual Analogue Scale score between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had an advantage over the control group in improving the score.3、Efficacy evaluation:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.54%,while the total effective rate in the control group was 77.42%.There was a significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1、The combination of posterior oblique line of vertex-temporal cluster needling and conventional acupuncture has a therapeutic effect on hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction, which can alleviate the symptoms of hemilateral numbness of limbs and promote the recovery of sensory function and improvement of daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction.2、The curative effect of the treatment of hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction with the combination of posterior oblique line of vertex-temporal cluster needling and conventional acupuncture is superior to that of conventional acupuncture, and it has more advantages in treating hemilateral numbness of limbs after cerebral infarction.
