Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis B(Stagnation Of Liver-Qi With Spleen Deficiency Syndrome)With Sinilingzhu Decoction And Entecavir Tablets

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Sinilingzhu Decoction combined with entecavir tablets in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B(stagnation of liver-qi with spleen deficiency syndrome).Methods:Screening of 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B of liver-qi stagnation with spleen deficiency syndrome and divided into two groups using a random number table method,36 cases per group.The control group was treated with entecavir tablets alone for 24 weeks,while the treatment group was treated with Sinilingzhu Decoction combined with entecavir tablets for 24 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores,ALT,AST,HBs Ag and HBe Ag conversion rate,and HBV-DNA quantitative analysis of each group were observed before treatment,12 weeks of treatment,and 24 weeks of treatment.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of age,gender,course of disease,total score of TCM symptoms,biochemical indicators,and virological indicators(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the control group and the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);When compared between groups,the overall symptoms of patients in the treatment group improved more significantly(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCM syndrome’s curative effects: After 12 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of TCM syndromes in the control group and t he treatment group were 41.18% and 70%,respectively(P<0.05);After 24 weeks of treatment,the curative effects of TCM syndromes in the control group and the treatment group were 70.59% and 93.33% respectively(P<0.05).4.Comparison of ALT and AST: After 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,the levels of ALT and AST in the control group and the treatment group decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);When comparing between groups,the levels of ALT and AST in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).5.Comparison of HBV-DNA quantitative level: After 12 weeks of treatment,the quantitative level of HBV DNA in the two groups decrea s e d compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no signific a n t difference between the tr eatment group and the control group at the same time node(P>0.05).After 24 weeks of treatment,the quantitative level of HB V-DNA in the two groups of patients was lower than the lower detection limit,so numerical comparison cannot be conducted.6.Comparison of HBs Ag and HBe Ag conversion rate: The HBs Ag conversion rate of the two groups of patients after 12 and 24 weeks of treatment was all 0.After 12 weeks of treatment,the HBe Ag conversion rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the contro l group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The HBe Ag conver s i o n rate after 24 weeks of treatment was equal between the treatment group an d the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Sinilingzhu Decoction combined with entecavir tablets is superior to entecavir tablets alone in improving the TCM syndromes of patients with chronic hepatitis B(stagnation of liver-qi with spleen deficiency syndrome).2.Sinilingzhu Decoction combined with entecavir tablets is superior to entecavir tablets alone in reducing the quantitative levels of ALT and AST in patients with chronic hepatitis B(stagnation of liver-qi with spleen deficiency syndrome).3.Sinilingzhu Decoction combined with entecavir tablets are no difference in reducing the HBV-DNA content and improving the HBe Ag and HBs Ag negative conversion rate in patients with chronic hepatitis B(stagnation of liver-qi with spleen deficiency syndrome)compared to the treatment with Entecavir tablets alone.
