Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture at Jian’er acupoint and Yifeng acupoint combined with common acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus with fire in the liver and gallbladder, and to evaluate their safety, finding a more effective method for clinical treatment of tinnitus with liver and gallbladder fire.Methods:Sixty-six patients with tinnitus of the liver and gallbladder fire type were stochastically divided into a treatment group(2 shedding cases)and a control group(1 shedding case),with 33 cases in each group.Under the premise of basic treatment, the control group was treated with common acupuncture;the treatment group was treated with a combination of acupuncture at Jian’er acupoint and Yifeng acupoint by electroacupuncture. Both groups were treated once a day,5 times a week for 2weeks,for a total of 2 courses of treatment. The tinnitus evaluation scale(TEQ)scores, tinnitus disability assessment scale(THI)scores, visual analog scale(VAS)scores, and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)standard scores were recorded and compared before and after treatment. To compare the differences in clinical effects between electroacupuncture at Jian’er acupoint and Yifeng acupoint combined with acupuncture therapy and acupuncture therapy alone in the treatment of tinnitus with fire in the liver and gallbladder, and to evaluate the efficacy.Results:1.Before and after treatment, the TEQ,THI,VAS scores and SAS criteria within the group were compared between the two groups of patients, and there was a statistically significant improvement after treatment(P<0.05).2.After treatment, scale results of patients in both groups were contrasted between groups, and the treatment group was obviously better than the common acupuncture group, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: Comparison of the effective rates of the two groups showed that 93.55% of the treatment group was markedly better than 75.00%of the control group, and both had statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior than the control group in improving the effect of tinnitus in patients.Conclusion:1.Both the study therapy and common acupuncture therapy can improve the tinnitus, discomfort and scale scores in patients with tinnitus with fire in the liver and gallbladder, but the study therapy can improve the tinnitus, discomfort and scale scores in patients more prominently than common acupuncture therapy.2.The efficacy of electroacupuncture at Jian’er and Yifeng acupoints combined with common acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus with fire in the liver and gallbladder is significantly better than that of acupuncture alone, with no significant adverse effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
