Clinical Observation On The Treament Of Cervical Spondylopathy Radiculopathy With Anshen Tongluo Acupuncture

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Anshen Tongluo acupuncture on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,so as to provide a new idea and way for the clinical treatment of CSR.Methods:Sixty patients with CSR were randomly divided into a treatment group(3 0 cases)and a control group(3 0 cases).The treatment group was treated with calming and Tongluo acupuncture,and the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.In the treatment group,acupuncture was applied to Baihui(GV 20),Zuo(GV 20),You Shencong(GV 20),Cervical Jiaji(double),Tianzhu(double),Dazhui(GV 14),Shousanli(double),Hegu(LI4),Fengchi(double),Xuanzhong(double)and Ashi-point on neck and shoulder.In the control group,acupuncture was applied to cervical Jiaji(double),ashi point(double),Tianzhu(double),Houxi(double)and Shenmai(double).Both groups were treated with acupuncture for 50min,once a day,6 consecutive days a week,with 1 day off,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks in total.The Shortform McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)score and the cervical spondylosis Symptom score of Yasuhisa Tanaka 20-point scale were used to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.The effect of Anshen Tongluo acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on CSR was observed and compared,and the clinical data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.Results:After treatment,McGill pain questionnaire scores decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of the Tanaka Yasuhisa Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale 20-point method in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.14%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of calming shen and Tongluo acupuncture in the treatment of CSR was better than that of conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:Both Anshen Tongluo acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can relieve the symptoms of upper limb numbness and pain in patients with CSR to a certain extent,and Anshen Tongluo acupuncture has a better effect than conventional acupuncture.Both Anshen Tongluo acupuncture and conventional acupuncture are effective in the treatment of CSR,and Anshen Tongluo acupuncture is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in the treatment of CSR.
