Objective:To observe the synergistic and attenuated effects of Tiaohua Decoction on chemotherapy in patients with ovarian cancer of qi deficiency and toxin stasis type, and to provide a feasible treatment plan and basis for clinical practice. Methods:A total of 63 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the oncology ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into observer group(n=32)and control group(n=31).Both groups were treated with paclitaxel for injection(albumin bound)and carboplatin injection chemotherapy regimen, and routine treatment was given before chemotherapy to prevent allergy. On the basis of the control group, the observer group was treated with Tiaohua Decoction 150 ml in the morning and evening. All cases were treated for 2 courses with 21 days as a course of treatment.According to the changes of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, the changes of tumor markers CA125,CA19-9,HE4 and CEA,the changes of immune function related indexes of T lymphocyte subsets, the changes of KPS score, the changes of solid tumor efficacy and the changes of chemotherapy toxicity, the curative effect was evaluated. Results:In this study,63 cases were included,60 cases completed treatment,2cases of shedding in the observer group and 1 case in the control group. Finally, the data results of 30 cases in the observer group and the control group were included in the statistical analysis.1.After treatment, the objective remission rate of the observer group was 90.00%,which was higher than 66.67%of the control group. The objective remission rate of the two groups was compared,P<0.05.It shows that Tiaohua decoction can effectively control the development of tumor.2.After treatment, there was no significant difference in serum tumor markers CA125 and CA19-9 between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between HE4 and CEA values(P>0.05).It shows that the observer group is better than the control group in reducing CA125and CA19-9.3.After treatment, there was no significant difference in CD3+value in T lymphocyte subsets between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with CD4+,CD8+and CD4+/CD8+values,P<0.05,there was statistical difference. It shows that Tiaohua decoction can effectively improve the immune function of the body.4.After treatment, there were significant differences in white blood cell score, nausea, vomiting score and diarrhea score between the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in hemoglobin score, neutrophil score, platelet score, oral score, and peripheral neuropathy score,P>0.05.Indicating that Tiaohua Decoction can reduce some adverse reactions caused by drug toxicity.5.After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared,P<0.05,there was a statistical difference.Indicating that the improvement of TCM syndromes in the observer group was better than that in the control group.6.After treatment, the KPS scores of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,there was statistical difference. It shows that the observer group is better than the control group in improving human functional status.Conclusions:1.Tiaohua decoction combined with chemotherapy TC regimen can improve the chemotherapy efficacy of ovarian cancer patients with qi deficiency and toxin stasis type.2.Tiaohua decoction combined with chemotherapy TC regimen can control the development of tumors in patients with ovarian cancer of qi deficiency and toxin stasis type and reduce the level of serum tumor markers.3.Tiaohua decoction combined with chemotherapy TC regimen can improve the immune function of patients with ovarian cancer of qi deficiency and toxin stasis type.4.Tiaohua decoction combined with chemotherapy TC regimen can improve the TCM symptoms of ovarian cancer patients with qi deficiency and toxin stasis type.
