Clinical Efficacy Of Chinese Colonic Dialysis In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Secondary Hyperparathyroidism

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese herbal colonic dialysis in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD)with secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT)and to explore the theoretical basis and mechanism of Chinese herbal colonic dialysis in the treatment of CKD with SHPT.Methods:A total of 70 patients were selected from December 2021 to February 2023 from the inpatients and outpatients of the Department of Nephrology,The First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,who met the diagnostic criteria of CKD with SHPT and were identified by traditional Chinese medicine as having spleen-kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis,and were randomly divided into 35 cases in the control group and 35 cases in the treatment group.Both groups were given basic treatment,and the control group was given orally calcitriol at 1 μg once a day and Chinese medicine reserved enema once a day.The treatment group was given orally calcitriol at 1μg once a day and Chinese medicine colon dialysis every Monday,Wednesday and Friday,and Chinese medicine reserved enema every Tuesday,Thursday,Saturday and Sunday.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,the level of PTH,serum calcium,serum phosphorus,GFR,serum Scr,serum BUN,serum UA and safety indexes were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups,and the indexes were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.Results:1.Both groups showed a reduction in levels of PTH,serum phosphorus,serum Scr,serum BUN,and serum UA,and the increment of GFR after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both treatment methods were effective,but comparing the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,indicated that the treatment group was more effective.2.In both groups,the total TCM symptom scores decreased after treatment,and by intergroup comparison,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment was more effective in improving the TCM symptoms.For the intergroup comparison of each primary and secondary evidence after treatment,all P was less than 0.05 except for the skin A wrong group P<0.05,which was statistically significant.3.Regarding the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.71% and the effective rate of the control group was 68.57%,and by rank sum test,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was more effective.For disease efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 88.57% and the effective rate of the control group was 71.43%,by intergroup comparison,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group was more effective.Conclusion:1.The Chinese herbal colonic dialysis group could significantly improve the renal function of patients with CKD with SHPT.2.The herbal colonic dialysis group can improve the TCM evidence score in CKD with SHPT patients.3.The herbal colonic dialysis group could improve the calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorder in CKD with SHPT patients.
