Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Takayasu Arteritis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type With Liqi Huoxue Huayu Formula

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Li qi Huoxue Huayu formula on patients with Takayasu Arteritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),and to provide reference for clinical treatment.To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Li qi Huoxue Huayu formula in the treatment of Takayasu Arteritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)according to the improvement of patients’ clinical symptoms and the changes of related auxiliary examinations,and compared with the basic treatment.Methods:We selected 46 patients with Takayasu Arteritis admitted to the Department of Peripheral Vascular Disease at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to October 2022,all of whom met the inclusion requirements.The 46 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 23 patients in each group.Both groups were given static injection of ginkgo biloba leaf extract,rhizoma ligusticum sodium chloride injection and oral beprost sodium tablets as the basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with Liqi Huoxue Huayu formula in addition to the basic treatment.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms and signs,serum C-reactive protein(CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),and fingertip skin temperature of the affected limbs were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Results:The curative effect of basic treatment plus Liqi Huoxue Huayu formula in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the effective rate was 95.7%and 82.6%,with statistical significance.After treatment,dizziness score,radial artery pulsation score,limb cold score,fatigue score,fingertip skin temperature measurement,serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Both groups of patients had no adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion:1.Liqi Huoxue Huayu formula has obvious clinical effect on Takayasu Areteritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type).2.In the treatment of Takayasu Areteritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),Liqi Huoxue Huayu formula can significantly relieve dizziness,limb cold and fatigue of patients,improve the pulsation intensity of radial artery and skin temperature of affected limb,and reduce erythrocyte settlement rate and C-reactive protein level.3.Liqi Huoxue Huayu formula has high safety in the treatment of Takayasu Areteritis(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type),which is suitable for clinical promotion and application...
