| ObjectiveTo observe the effects of suck/swallow/breathe synchrony combined with rehabilitation training(sensory integration, bobath training, occupational therapy, five elements music)on joint range of motion and development quotient of various functional domains in Griffiths development scale in children with global developmental delay and hypotonia. To explore the effect of sucking, swallowing and breathing rhythm combined with conventional rehabilitation training on the all-round development of children, and to provide new methods and new ideas for the rehabilitation treatment of children with five late five soft.MethodsForty children with global developmental delay and hypotonia(five late five soft)treated in the rehabilitation area of the Rehabilitation Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of treatment. The control group(routine rehabilitation group)and the treatment group(suck-swallow-breathing rhythm training combined with routine rehabilitation group)were treated for 4 weeks, with 20 cases in each group. The Griffith Pediatric Neurodevelopment Scale and the main joint range of motion were evaluated before and after treatment.Results1.Range of motion(ROM)The scarf sign, popliteal Angle, foot dorsiflexion Angle,heel-ear test and adductor Angle of the two groups were compared before and after treatment within the group and between the two groups. It was found that the ROM of the children’s joints decreased to varying degrees, and the results were as follows:(1)Intra-group comparison:(1)In the control group, there was no significant change in scarf sign before and after treatment(P>0.05);The popliteal fossa Angle, foot dorsiflexion Angle,heel-ear test and adductor Angle decreased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)The scarf sign, popliteal Angle, foot dorsiflexion Angle,heel-ear test and adductor Angle decreased in the treatment group before and after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:(1)There were no significant differences in scarf sign, popliteal Angle, foot dorsiflexion Angle,heel-ear test and adductor Angle between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)After treatment, the improvement of scarf sign,heel-ear test and adductor Angle in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in popliteal fossa Angle and foot dorsiflexion Angle between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Griffiths Development Quotient:The development quotits of motor, personal and social, hearing and language,hand-eye coordination, and visual performance were compared within and between the two groups before and after treatment, and the results were as follows:(1)Intra-group comparison:(1)In the control group, there were significant differences in movement,hand-eye coordination and visual performance before and after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between personal and social, hearing and language(P>0.05).(2)In the treatment group, there were significant differences in motor, personal and social, hearing and language,hand-eye coordination and visual performance before and after treatment(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between groups:(1)There were no significant differences in motor, personal and social, hearing and language,hand-eye coordination, and visual performance between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)After treatment, the improvement of motor, personal and social, hearing and language function in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hand-eye coordination and visual performance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions1.The Suck/Swallow/Breathe synchrony training combined with rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation can effectively improve the scarf sign, foot dorsiflexion Angle, popliteal fossa Angle,heel-ear test, adductor Angle in children with global developmental delay and hypotonia(five late five soft).2.Both Suck/Swallow/Breathe synchrony training combined with rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation can effectively improve the motor development quotient, personal and social development quotient, hearing and language development quotient,hand-eye coordination development quotient, and visual performance development quotient in children with global developmental delay and hypotonia(five late five soft).3.Compared with conventional rehabilitation,Suck/Swallow/Breathe synchrony training combined with conventional rehabilitation can significantly improve the scarf sign,heel-ear test, adducator Angle, motor development quotient, personal and social development quotient, hearing and language development quotient in children with global developmental delay and hypotonia(five late five soft),and the overall clinical efficacy is significant. |
