Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Anal Eczema(Damp-Heat Downward Injected) With Shenbo Wet Ulcer Zuoyu Formula

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenbo Wet Ulcer Zuoyu Formula in treating damp-heat downward injection anal eczema,and to explore the prospect of its application in clinical treatment by evaluating the clinical efficacy of this formula in treating this disease,so as to provide a reliable clinical treatment basis for the promotion of this formula.Methods: Sixty-four patients eligible for damp-heat downward injection anal eczema attending the outpatient clinic of the Department of Anorectal Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,in which32 patients in the treatment group received the treatment with Shenbo Wet Ulcer Zuoyu Formula and 32 patients in the control group received the treatment with 3% boric acid lotion for 7 days as a course of treatment The patients in both groups underwent two consecutive courses of treatment,and the area of lesions and their morphology,skin exudation and itchiness were recorded in detail before and after the treatment,and a comprehensive score was given.Three months after completion of all treatment courses,follow-up inquiries were made and the number of recurrences was counted.Statistical analysis was performed for participants who showed healing,significant or effective in this trial to draw conclusions.Results:1.In the final 60 effective cases,statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age distribution,gender and duration of disease before treatment,so the two groups could be considered comparable.2.At the end of treatment,the two groups were comparable in terms of reducing skin exudate(P > 0.05),but the treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group in terms of improving lesion morphology,reducing lesion area and relieving perianal itching(P < 0.05).3.The overall effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 86.7%in the control group.It proved that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group in the treatment of damp-heat downward injection anal eczema.4.3 months after the end of the treatment,the relapse rate of patients with effective treatment(including cured,effective and efficient)was returned,and the results showed that 8.0% in the treatment group and 18.2% in the control group.It showed that the treatment group of Sambucus wet ulcer sitz bath formula was lower than the control group of 3% boric acid lotion in terms of recurrence rate.Conclusion:1.Shenbo wet ulcer Zuoyu Formula can effectively treat AE(damp-heat downward injection type),and the overall efficacy is better than 3% boric acid lotion.2.Shenbo wet ulcer Zuoyu Formula can effectively reduce the area of lesions and improve the degree of anal itching in AE(damp-heat downward injection type)and reduce the pattern of lesions,with obvious effects,which are better than 3% boric acid lotion,and the efficacy of both is comparable in reducing the exudation of lesions.3.The recurrence rate was comparable after treatment with Shenbo wet ulcer Zuoyu Formula and 3% boric acid lotion,with no statistical difference.4.Shenbo wet ulcer Zuoyu Formula is simple and inexpensive,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
