| Objective: To investigate the correlation between heart failure with different ejection fraction and cardiac function and pulmonary function indexes. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on patients who were hospitalized in the Heart Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University and underwent pulmonary function tests from January 2016 to December 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,99 patients with heart failure were selected as the observation group. At the same time,109 patients with cardiovascular disease without heart failure who were hospitalized during the study period were collected as the control group. The general baseline data, laboratory indicators, echocardiography and pulmonary function indicators were collected, and the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results:In this study,FEV1/FVC,FVC%,FEV1 %and PEF %in the heart failure group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Compared with the control group, the values of NT-pro BNP,LAD,LVEDD and LVESD in the heart failure group with cardiac function grade II and III were significantly higher than those in the control group, while LVEF,FEV1/FVC,FVC%,FEV1% and PEF% were significantly lower than those in the control group. The levels of NT-pro BNP,LAD,LVEDD and LVESD in grade III group were significantly higher than those in grade II group.LVEF and FVC %were lower in NYHA class III group than in NYHA class II group.FVC% decreased with the increase of NYHA class in patients with heart failure. The comparison of lung function in the heart failure group with different ejection fraction showed that FEV1/FVC,FVC%,FEV1 %and PEF% in the heart failure group with preserved ejection fraction and the heart failure group with decreased ejection fraction were lower than those in the control group. However, there was no significant difference in pulmonary function parameters between HFp EF group and HFr EF group.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of heart failure increased with the decrease of PEF,and heart failure was negatively correlated with PEF。FVC,% FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and PEF% were negatively correlated with cardiac function classification,NT-pro BNP,LVEDD,LVESD and LAD,and positively correlated with LVEF.Conclusion: Decreased PEF %is inversely associated with risk for heart failure,FVC%can be used as a good reference for evaluating the severity of HF patients. |
