Objective: To further investigate the association between sleep indicators and blood pressure variability in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAHS)combined with prehypertension(PHT),we investigated data on changes in blood pressure at night in patients with OSAHS combined with prehypertension. Methods:Using a case-control study,we selected patients with a clear diagnosis of OSAHS with prehypertension from January 2016 to October 2021 at the Respiratory Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University as a trial group, and patients with OSAHS with normal blood pressure during the same period as a control group. There were 61 cases in the experimental group and 27 cases in the control group.Basic data of admission, biochemical index, sleep monitoring index, dynamic blood pressure index were collected.Relevant statistical analysis was performed on the collected data and multiple linear regression analyses were performed on possible factors affecting AHI,Average Sa O2.Logist regression analysis was eventually performed to determine the final risk factors after excluding interference with relevant factors. The results of: 1.There was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05)between patients in the trial group and control group in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,HDL-C,AHI,Average Sa O2,Lowest Sa O2,Mean Pause,Time with Sa O2 < 85%,Night systolic Variation Factor.2.AHI was associated with body weight,BMI,DBP,TG,all-day average arterial pressure, heart rate was positively associated with age,HDL,and risk factors for stroke, and BMI.conclusion:1.Average pause time and average arterial pressure throughout the day were risk factors for prehypertension.2.The AHI risk factor is BMI.
