Study On The Relationship Between Ultrasound And Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound Characteristics And CD40 Positive Expression In Breast Cancer

Objective : This study aims to analyze the features of ultrasonography and contrastenhanced ultrasonography in invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC),and discuss the expression of CD40 in breast IDC,and the relationship between the features of ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography and the positive expression of CD40.Methods: A total of 109 cases of breast IDC that were surgically resected in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University between June 2016 and June 2021 were selected and collected.All patients underwent routine ultrasound or contrast-enhanced ultrasound before surgery to detect the expression of CD40 in breast IDC by immunohistochemical experiments.The ultrasonographic features,contrast-enhanced ultrasound features and CD40 positive expression of breast cancer were analyzed and studied.Results :CD40 was positive in 109 paraffin-embedded breast IDC tissues,accounting for 34.9%.Compared with the group without CD40 molecule expression,the positive group showed more unclear tumor boundary,aspect ratio ≥1,and grade II to III blood flow classification on conventional ultrasound,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Among the qualitative features of CEUS,contrast enhancement amplitude was correlated with CD40 positive expression(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The area under the curve was correlated with the expression of CD40 in the quantitative features of contrastenhanced ultrasound(P < 0.05).Conclusion: CD40 was positively expressed in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast.The positive expression of CD40 was related to the ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features,which could provide imaging basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
