Objective:The prevalence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in Xinjiang region is high, the patient awareness rate is low,and the treatment rate and control rate are also low.In this study, questionnaires are used to evaluate the knowledge level of standardized COPD diagnosis and treatment of grassroots doctors in Xinjiang, and to find the key factors affecting the standardized diagnosis and treatment of COPD by grassroots general practitioners in the region,so as to provide a basis for improving the COPD diagnosis and treatment and management level of local grassroots doctors. Methods:Referring to the Guidelines for the Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(2018 edition),the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease(2021 Revision),and relevant references for the investigation and analysis of COPD cognition at home and abroad,Finally, listen to the opinions of professionals(including respiratory experts and statistics professionals),I have designed the Questionnaire on Primary Doctors’ cognition of the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and the interview outline of grassroots doctors on the status quo of COPD,The questionnaire content covers three dimensions,A total of 20 questions,And 5 points for each question,Total of 100 points,With 60 points as the qualification criteria,The content of the COPD interview involved five open-ended questions. From January to June 2022,a questionnaire survey was conducted on grassroots doctors at the county level and below in Kezhou and Tacheng areas of Xinjiang.Statistical analysis affected the standardized diagnosis and treatment of the COPD and treatment of general practitioners in the region.Results:1.A total of 134 valid questionnaires were collected in this survey, with statistical analysis of questionnaire reliability 0.811 and validity 0.616.Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the factors affecting the cognition of COPD diagnosis and treatment in the region were professional title and the mastery of inhaled hormones, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After the interview and analysis,it was found that there were five problems in the diagnosis, treatment and management of COPD among grassroots doctors, such as non-standard treatment of COPD,low utilization rate of lung function instruments at the grassroots level, insufficient ability to manage COPD patients, weak awareness of screening COPD risk factors and follow-up,and less time spent on learning COPD knowledge. Conclusion: 1.Grassroots doctors in some areas of Xinjiang have a low cognitive level of standardized diagnosis and treatment of COPD.2.The professional title of primary doctors and the knowledge of inhaled hormones in some areas of Xinjiang may be the factors affecting the cognitive pass rate of COPD.3.The equipment rate of lung function instruments in some basic areas of Xinjiang is relatively low.4.It is necessary for medical and health departments to strengthen the special training of standardized COPD diagnosis and treatment of grassroots doctors in Xinjiang, and improve the ability of grassroots doctors to evaluate, follow up and educate COPD patients.
